Marion was a very attentive host giving lots of local information and was available to ask any advice regularly throughout my stay.The accommodation was perfect, very relaxing with good local shops and eateries and close to the river and parks, i would definitely recommend Marion's stay to others who like a peaceful place to relax.

Nice little studio, couch was not that comfortable unfortunately. Location was not in a nice area.

I'm pleased you thought my studio was nice. Regarding the couch, by all accounts it is a great addition to the room for alternative seating, rather than lounging on. I'm sorry you didn't find it comfortable. I live in an old inner city area of Hamilton. It has a cross section of people with character homes and state houses. While it may not be a flash area, my garden studio is safe, quiet, clean and cozy whilst incredibly close to great shops, amenities and city venues. I have a non smokers criteria. Inside and out. Permission to smoke outside was not requested. I noticed the grass was burnt under the outside table. I would also suggest you check with owner if parking in the driveway is ok overnight. Whilst it caused no inconvenience it is considerate to ask the owner. There are instructions for parking on the listing.
