- This is our personal home, not a hotel, so we ask that you treat it with care. If you experience any issues, we’ll address them promptly, but please note that no one is on-site 24/7.
- A motion-activated ring doorbell is installed, facing away from the apartment, and records only when movement is detected. It is reviewed in case of emergencies or damage.
No Noise After 10 PM Policy:
- Please be considerate of others in the neighborhood and keep noise levels down after 10 PM. The building enforces a strict "No Noise After 10 PM" policy.

- Non-Smoking Property: Smoking inside the condo will result in a $1000 fee, plus cleaning or damage charges.
