The temporary exposed cables you referenced were part of ongoing pool maintenance work being completed during your stay and were resolved shortly after. The work was being done specifically to improve the shared outdoor area and amenities. Regarding the pool, the property does include a shared pool area as advertised. At the time of your stay, maintenance was actively being performed to ensure it remained operational and safe for guests. We also take cleanliness and maintenance concerns very seriously. Had these issues been communicated to us during your stay, we would have gladly worked to address them immediately, as we always strive to assist our guests as quickly as possible. The AC unit was operational during the reservation, and temperatures can vary in Miami depending on weather conditions and frequency of door usage. Our listing photos accurately reflect the property and amenities provided, and we continuously work on improving both the unit and guest experience.
