• All trash must be bagged and taken out. Do not drop loose trash in the outside bin, they bring flies. • All dishes must be washed by hand or loaded into the dishwasher and started.
All white towels must be placed in the washer, bleach added, and the cycle started. There is bleach and laundry detergent in the cabinet . Please reconnect the pool robot vacuum prior to checkout
Don't leave excessive mess or you will be charged extra cleaning fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Me, my wife, and my son stayed at this property to hike Guadalupe Peak during my son’s spring break. This property was very clean ,well equipped with labels showing where things were, the giant TV’s were jaw dropping ! The home was located in a great neighborhood , the pool was perfect for a relaxing afternoon after a long day of travel. Having the garage available was also a great perk. Our host was very thorough with instructions on how things work. We would love to stay here again if ever in the El Paso area!
