Family of nine aged 11-81 spent 9 wonderful days at this lovely home. It was well equipped and Yesenia was an added bonus in cleaning up after our messy bunch and just being so friendly and helpful. The pool is amazing and having easy access to the beach was great. The hike up the stairs is a good daily exercise. Communication was super with the owner. Highly recommend the home.

We were looking for a house and property that could accomodate 3 adult couples and 3 young children, ages ranging from 3.5 to 70 years old. This villa was perfect. The home is spacious with pool, patio and stunning views of the the ocean and sunsets.

Views were amazing and property was very spacious. Definitely enough room for a large group. A/C worked well and was a welcome respite! Proximity to marina is great. We were able to able to walk in for dinner and ice cream a few nights. There is a grocery store only a short distance away. There are also several restaurants close by. The property felt very secure. It has high fences around it and as you pull into the community there was what appeared to be a person watching 24 hrs a day. There is all kinds of wildlife from an iguana that patrols the property to birds and crabs!The property is located on a hill. Walking to/from the marina or beach is up/down a large hill. Stairs to the beach are substantial. We counted over 180 stairs. Property is starting to show some signs of aging and wear. Hot tub doesn’t get hot, not a huge deal but would have been nice after some adventures. Compared to some other properties where there are a basic level of niceties like shampoo, conditioner, coffee, etc this property was lacking. Master bathroom shower was either scalding or cold. Property is definitely one of the top locations we’ve stayed at!

The property was beautiful. You def. need golf carts to get around. The housekeeper Yesenia made the property exceptional. She was very nice and did a great job with keeping the house clean, the laundry and address issues we had with the A/C. We had an issue with 2 rooms - the air conditioners were not working for 2N but they were replaced with new ones by the 3rd night. We mostly used the golf carts to go to the beach, the steps were a lot, but the view from the pool was amazing.

The house is great —the outside pool area is amazing. The sunsets are spectacular. The are has so many things to do and enjoy. It was nice to be able to hop in a golf cart to explore and enjoy the many different restaurants that are so close to the house. Highly recommend a catamaran cruise to spend the day on the water. Overall, we had a fantastic week in Playa Flamingo.

Home was great - pictures very accurate - beautiful view and pool - owner very responsive throughout - thanks to the great housekeeper it was spotless all week - we had a wonderful family (all adults) - hired a good chef to make it easy - bedrooms were spacious and comfy - note if you have a larger grp- the living room furniture is limited seating but we moved chairs from other rooms and then put back at the end - highly recommend !

The host is very responsive. The house is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need. The location is perfect and walkable to a lot of restaurants. Every night we had a spectacular sunset! The housekeeper is so sweet and does a fabulous job! Thank you Yesenia! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful location and layout of property. Easy access to the beach with some tide pools. The infinity pool on the property was a big hit. We felt very safe and secure in this location. Comfortable beds and air conditioning. Very walkable to town with shops and restaurants.

Lovely home with beautiful views of ocean - pool clean and relaxing - to get to the beach from the house, however, there are 162 steps down to the gate - lots of bird watching too. the housekeeper is awesome and keeps everything fixed and cleaned every day - we loved our visit

We had the most amazing stay!! Our group was 2families, with 5 teens. The set up was great with 2 separate suites for adults and 3 bedrooms in the main house.186 steps to the ocean, but worth every one!! Private, swimmable beach with beautiful views. The sunsets were unreal. The ocean and pool temperatures were ideal to cool off from the warm sun. The view from the house was spectacular!!We rented golf carts and were able to explore the whole area. Our favorite restaurants were Coco Loco, Surfbox, and La Forketta. We also chartered a boat with Manta Ray Sailing for the day and it was everyone’s favorite. We swam at a private beach and snorkeled. Highly recommend this spot!!

This place is truly a gem. We had 5 couples thoroughly and comfortably enjoy a week here. The pictures can't possibly due it the justice it deserves. A couple things for others to note. There are nice 3 bedrooms inside the house, 1 amazing bedroom with panoramic windows and the most amazing view that is attached to the house, and 1 separate casita with kitchen, living and bed and bath unattached. All bedrooms are very comfortable with their own bathrooms. But there is a clear winner being the bedroom woth the view. The house was plenty big enough for 5 couples. The beach from the house. was superb. Yes, you can swim and snorkel. Its a hike up and down the steps but we used it as our excuse for our daily workout. Golf cart rentals are more valuable than car rentals. We wished we rented cars as needed versus for the week. But, we needed the golf carts daily. This is a special place. Enjoy!
