Great house and location

We loved how clean the house was, and the quiet neighborhood. Even though it was a quiet location, it's walking distance to all the fun downtown restaurants and venues.

We stayed at this house for two weeks and had an amazing experience. The host responded very promptly to every message and made communication seamless throughout our stay.The location is unbeatable—just one block from Main Street in Bellevue—which made dinners, errands, and daily outings incredibly convenient. We could walk to most places in under 15 minutes and avoid the hassle of driving and parking. Despite being so close to everything, the house is in a quiet, residential neighborhood.The home had everything we needed for a comfortable two-week stay, including appliances, pots and pans, a rice cooker, coffeemaker, and hot water boiler. The mother-in-law suite was also very helpful for our group, providing extra privacy and separation for the light sleepers.Overall, it was a great stay, and we highly recommend this property.

The homeowners clearly take good care of the property. It’s located on a quiet street and is thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The central air conditioning was a big plus during the warmer weather, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The home does show some signs of wear typical of a well-used rental, but nothing that impacted our experience. One suggestion: the MIL suite could benefit from having a TV, especially since we made use of that space.

This house is so very charming from the moment you pull into the driveway to the interior and the backyard - it is a magical oasis like 5 minutes from downtown bellevue - yet so quiet and secluded. The darling neighbor next door with his dog hank is an extra benefit. Xin was and is an amazing communicator and very accommodating and caring. I will for sure return! (have to admit hesitant to review so positively because then this wonder will book up and not be available forMy regular visits! - but I respect Xin too much to not let you all know how spectacular this property is.… )
