Beware- No communication
First, I was supposed to get check in info 24 hrs prior to arrival, I had to ask for the instructions after 24 hours. When we first arrived about 11pm due to flight delays. There was not one parking spot remaining on the lot. I reached out for help and never received a response. Even as of today (a day after checkout) I haven’t heard ANYTHING! We decided to park illegally with the parking pass in hopes that we didn’t get towed. Thankfully we did not. The next nights were a struggle finding parking but we were able to. Next, the condo itself. I guess they are still the process of painting still cause it was not finished. The back door does not lock! Extension cords with things plugged in hanging and outlets also hanging from the walls. Trim on the cabinets was falling off, and the ceiling fan has never been dusted. No water pressure in the kitchen sink. The pillows were awful, we bought new and left them there. The twin bed was so shaky we thought it was going to break. NEVER AGAIN!
