Oceanview Condo-Clean & Comfy-WIFI in Daytona Beach Shores
Just pack a bag and travel to this delightful Daytona Beach Shores property with breath-taking views. This lovely studio oasis is conveniently located off of Dunlawton Ave. Our location is close to many of the amazing activities and restaurants in Daytona and in Ponce Inlet. We offer private balcony with a beautiful patio table and chair set. All the amenities you need for a comfortable stay including shades and blackout curtains and just over an hour to the theme parks. Can accommodate up to 4 guests. 1 queen bed / 1 queen pullout couch / 1 full bath
***Before inquiring, you must accept our Policies below:
- Tenant must be at least twenty-five (21) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the property during the entire reserved dates. No exceptions!!
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No trailer parking
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in

******BUILDING AMENITITES UNAVAILABLE (including the pool) this property has some after effects caused by the two 2022 back-to-back hurricanes and most recently, Hurricane Milton, that are not shown in the photos and descriptions which were taken prior to the storm. Pirate's Cove management has stated the pool should be up and operational late July/August hopefully. The condo unit has no damage to the interior is available for occupancy. Beach access is just a few step to the Dunlawton beach ramp. There is some exterior construction going on so park appropriately. As of July 18, Access to the beach is just steps down the Dunlawton Ramp on the side of the building.
*** Post storm message: Due to some damage from hurricanes Ian, Nicole and now Milton, the pool area is currently not available for use. Repairs are on-going and the listing will be updated as these projects are completed and ready for use. Please follow all notices around property as many items are being worked on. NEW***Balcony is temporarily closed due to Milestone repairs. There will be no refunds or credits for the aforementioned issues if you did not read entire listing before booking.***

DO NOT FORGET the PARKING PASS back into the unit when you prepare to leave to ***avoid a costly replacement charge of $50.00
Be sure the balcony door is locked and the front door locks before leaving
