Designed with convenience and comfort in mind, SunKissed features ground level living with no steep stairs, making arrival effortless. Enjoy an open-concept living space filled with natural light, gulf views and large glass doors that lead directly to your private pool and patio oasis.  This dog-friendly beach house welcomes the whole family, including your four legged companions. 

One of SunKissed's stand-out features is the available luxury 6 seater golf cart, perfect for cruising the island in style.  This isn't your average golf cart- enjoy plush seating with armrest, seat belts, lifted 16" wheels, and a massive 160 Ah lithium battery for extended rides. Turn heads with the 24 speaker lighted sound system, complete with Apple CarPlay + Bluetooth making beach trips, sunset rides and dinner dates an unforgettable experience.  (Available as an Add-On- See details and photos) 

Guests love the fully equipped chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, double oven, wine cooler and oversized island- ideal for entertaining after a day at the beach. Outside, the private patio offers dining and lounging space by the pool plus a Blackstone grill with air fryer, warming drawer and pizza stone, perfect for hibachi nights, cooking fresh local seafood or homemade pizzas. 

FIRST LEVEL-



Living Room- a beautiful sunny, open space that features high ceilings, designer furniture, smart TV, large glass doors that open to the pool, patio area with views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Dining Room-  large dining table for 8 people plus 4 barstools at the island for family gatherings 

Kitchen- a chef's gourmet delight 

Bedroom #1-  (downstairs)  Queen bed ( top quality), mounted TV 

Bathroom #1- High-end finishes with a single vanity and large walk in shower

Private Pool- includes 3 arcing  fountains and heated and/or chilled options available as an Add-On. 



Patio-  fenced in area allows for privacy and for your pups to play freely. 





SECOND LEVEL- All bedrooms have an en suite

Bedroom #2- Primary- King bed ( top quality) with high vaulted ceilings, mounted TV, private balcony with views of the gulf, and a magnificent private bath .

Bathroom #2- includes beautiful marble floors, marble double vanity and large walk in shower.

Bedroom #3- Flex Room offers 3 different sleeping arrangements: 

2 Twin beds

2 Twin beds plus a Trundle bed

1 King bed

This bedroom also features build in storage and a freestanding hanging rack and a private bathroom.

Bathroom #3-High end finishes, single vanity and large walk in shower.

Bedroom #4- Queen bed ( top quality), large closet, mounted TV and large, private bathroom.

Insurance Coverage- 

Safely Protection Program provides insurance coverage for damages resulting in guests activities during their rental period.  This insurance is non-refundable and applied to every reservation.  The cost of this required  insurance is assessed on a per-night basis. The coverage is only active during the reservation period.  



Pet Policy-

Dogs only- Limit 2 dogs

We love our fur babies and we want you to enjoy your vacation with your pups. We also must have rules established to protect our home and respect for our future guests.

Pet Rules- 

Pets may enjoy being off-lease in the fenced in patio area.  

The gravel area around the pool is difficult to sanitize between guests if used as a poop area. Therefore, we ask that you walk your pups off property to go potty. 

Poop bags and outside potty trash container are provided.

In order the protect the pool equipment, please  don't let your pets swim in the pool.  The beach and the gulf provide an excellent playground for your pups. 

We kindly ask that you do not allow your pups to get on the furniture or the beds.   

When you are away and pets are unattended, please make sure that they are properly contained in a crate.

House Rules-

1- Parking is in front of this house only,  2 spaces are provided + SunKissed  golf cart .Additional parking is on the side of the building on 2nd Street. 

2- No smoking! no cigarettes, e-cigs, pot or cigars.

3- Pool heater and chiller are provided for an additional charge.

4- All TV's are smart TV's. Please bring your user names and passwords to continue streaming  your favorite shows while on vacation.
