Stay & Play at Rock Spring Resort, Near Chattanooga
Make unforgettable memories at this unique & family-friendly space. We offer 12 cots for that camping feel, two comfy modular sofas, and floor space for sleeping bags! The space features a stage, a movie projector, a smart TV, an Xbox, a tree house WITH ARCADE-STYLE GAMES, and a SLIDE that leads into a ball pit. Perfect for a family gathering, girls' weekend, etc.! There are also two bathrooms with showers, a massive, fully-equipped kitchen, and coin laundry all in the same building.
This space is typically used for events and is plenty big enough to hold 100 people comfortably (picture the size of an elementary school gym). When we aren't hosting birthday parties, family reunions, or weddings, we open this space for overnight guests. Looking for a fun, safe, unique space to spend time with the family? You just found it!
When you book, you will have **exclusive** access to the entire Theater and Treehouse Arcade (approximately 8000 square feet). The space is divided into:
1) The main event room with the stage, bar, theater setup, treehouse arcade, ball pit & slide, and booths/tables/beanbags galore. We have all the sound equipment for a band or karaoke, a projector for movies or slideshows, microphones, and more.
2) A private Xbox gaming room (set up like a bedroom) with 2 custom-fabricated chairs, a "truck" bed, a 65" smart TV, and (of course) an Xbox complete with a game subscription!
3) Huge kitchen, complete with a commercial fridge, deep freezer, ice maker, popcorn machine, 2 stoves, 2 ovens & cooking utensils. We'll have freshly popped popcorn ready upon your arrival!
4) Two full bathrooms (including showers) stocked with towels and toiletries for the number of guests in your party.
5) A courtyard surrounded by a low stone wall, which includes a kids' picnic table, adult-sized hammock swings, a commercial grill, and a wood-burning fire pit. You bring the s'mores supplies & we provide the firewood!
You and your guests will also have *shared* access to the Rock Spring Resort amenities, which include a 5-person dry sauna, a hot tub, a kids' playground with a treehouse library, over a mile of manicured walking trails, multiple patios, tree swings for adults & kids, and more! We would love to host you.
***Please note that when your party goes beyond 10 guests, it is an additional $10 per person, per night.

What makes this property unique
Rock Spring Resort can best be described as a boutique hotel in the country. We're located on 10 acres of land with 1.5 miles of walking trails, an old barn, fire pits, grills, a meandering creek complete with beaver dams, picnic tables, hammocks, tree swings, a 5-person European Dry Sauna, and more!
Each of our 20 Suites is an individual modernized apartment with its own kitchen and bathroom. Our Suites range in size from studios, perfect for a solo traveler, to a 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment that easily sleeps a family of 12.
Rock Spring Resort is designed to feel like a luxury home away from home. We are very family and pet-friendly! You'll find tons of amenities for kids like a treehouse library, playground, tree swings, and a game cabinet. Plus, we offer pack n' plays and BPA-free dishes for your little ones in every suite. Because let's face it, traveling with kids can be tough! We also cater to pups with a Bark Park, biscuits, and extra leashes so your 4-legged family members can explore Rock Spring Resort along with you!
We have full-time maintenance onsite 24 hours a day, plus professional cleaners here 7 days per week. 100% of our staff speak English.
At RSRS, you simply get more for your money than the average hotel. We are able to keep our prices reasonable because we are family-owned and operated, use technology to automate items like check-in, and take advantage of economies of scale that platforms like Vrbo can offer.
