Dawn was fantastic to work with - she responded quickly, and her instructions were very clear around check in and check out. The apartment is beautiful, and she made it so cozy with blankets and pillows around both bedrooms! With Marion being a smaller town, the one thing we would have loved would have been a sheet with a few recommended stores and restaurants - but that would simply be a bonus! If we are ever back in the area, this would be out first choice!

We enjoyed our stay at Boujee on Third. The space was right downtown convenient to the shops and walking trail. I was impressed by the large spacious living area and fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were nice with an adjoining bathroom - great for a family!

We loved the space. It looked EXACTLY like the photos and had tons of period character with a modern flair. Everything in the space felt fairly new and well curated which we appreciated. High ceilings, open shelving, stocked coffee bar with a great machine were great touches. There is a ton of unused space in this loft which lends to the open/airy vibe but the space could benefit from king sized beds (full beds are tough for couples) and a full length mirror would also be a great addition. The downtown location is fun/interesting for visitors to Marion but the cars/traffic/people outside and conversations from the business below can be intrusive. If you're looking for a centrally located, unique, fun, clean, well appointed spot, Boujee on 3rd is definitely for you.

The property was just like the pictures however, there’s a glitch with the amenities that have was resolved by the actual owner. I will definitely return for another day.
