This beautiful house is located in Los Barriles, in a quiet neighborhood, just 5 minutes away from Tres Palapas Pickeball Resort, and just steps to the beach, with fantastic views of the Sea of Cortez.

This 2 story house has 3 bedrooms (1 king and 2 American queen beds), 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, private swimming pool, rooftop palapa bar, with gas grill, fridge and hot and cold water. Plenty of room for cars and Atv’s, a patio area with pool and an outdoor kitchen and much more!!

The house was very clean and well appointed. The host was helpful and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. The local property manager was also very accessible and helpful. The setting was beautiful with great sunsets and sunrises overlooking the ocean. Loved watching whales from the rooftop palapa. Great poolside setup with lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas for sun or shade. Well kept small pool to cool off in.

The Casa is beautiful and just a short walk to a rocky beach where we launched the kayak and SUPs. Sandy beach is just a short drive.

This property is amazing! Pool was great and the roof top patio with grill and bar unbelievable. Everything you need is at your fingertips, Paddle boards and a kayak .The Property manager Eric was the best ever!

Lovely week

We had a great time in Los Barilles. The house was as described and included several amenities that we didn't expect such as a gift of wine from the owner, lots of seasoning, paper goods, etc. The pool was great on hot afternoons and didn't need to be heated. The house was well located close to a rocky beach.

I wish there was more than 5 stars to give. First, the accommodations were set up perfectly for a family to relax together, hang out and play. We enjoyed the well thought out set up of their home. But more than that, these are the best owners I’ve ever encountered in the rental biz. You could tell they just want to share the spirit of Los Barriles. We got to use their beach toys, their chairs, their pool. All around I would recommend this to anyone with 5 stars. The pictures don’t do it justice. Just rent it.

Staying here was a dream! We first thought of visiting Los Barriles 25 years ago- finally made it! Before we even entered the house, we were in awe. It was even better than the pictures and what we imagined. Greg thought of every detail. His home was tastefully appointed and very comfortable and we loved the pool and ocean views. We traveled with 3 siblings and spouses on our first vacation together and all the patio and balcony options provided both privacy and special time together. A perfect size for us and each bedroom was special. The rooftop was awesome. Quiet neighborhood! :)I had to coax family away from the house for outings, lol, as it was so relaxing. The property manager Erici was extremely friendly and helpful and the Chef Rosa was an unexpected bonus- what a treat to have her cook for us one night, and at such reasonable prices. We used the kitchen a lot. But enjoyed a few of host Greg’s local. recommendations. Gracias! We will be back!
