Our penthouse is located on the best beach Eagle Beach in Aruba. The beach front location provides guest an easy access to the beach. We strive to provide first class accommodation to our guest at reasonable price. Our rate is significantly lower than the time share of Marriott Ocean club or Surf club. It is also a fraction of the price of the newly built Ritz Carlton Hotel rate.

Our Penthouse is located inside the Oceania Luxury Condo Residence on Eagle Beach. Eagle Beach is just a few steps away from the resort beach gates. Eagle Beach is the best beach on the island. Eagle Beach has 3 miles of white powder sand. Eagle Beach is a low rise hotel zone. This ensures low tourist density. No need to get up early to claim your beach chair. Many restaurants within walking distance.
Oceania Resort:
Oceania Deluxe Beachfront Condo Resort has 3 large swimming pools and a kiddy pool with several sunny or shaded lounge areas to enjoy the tranquility of the resort. The 2 beach access gates are only 25 yards from Eagle Beach. Furthermore, there are 2 fitness rooms, a sauna, a business center, a kid’s playroom, and free parking within the 24/7 security gated complex. Additionally, there is a racquetball court, a squash ball court, and 2 tennis courts, remember to bring your own equipment. This top floor Penthouse is one of the most luxurious accommodations on the beachfront. It has a large roof top private terrace(1500SQF) with three ocean view balconies. The penthouse includes three spacious bedrooms, three modern bathrooms (master bath w/jacuzzi), chef's kitchen, washer and dryer and BBQ grill, three ocean view balconies. Local onsite manager will provide first class guest service including car rental, restaurants recommendations etc. We provide luxury Ralph Lauren Beach towels, luxury high thread count bed sheets, bath towels., tropical theme high quality furniture firm and comfortable mattresses.

This unit will be cleaned before your arrival to ensure the unit’s cleanliness. We adhere to the Aruba Health & Happiness Code (HH-Code), which has been implemented island-wide, with a heavy emphasis on tourism and hospitality businesses to help ensure the well-being of Aruba’s visitors and the local community.

The penthouse has a split floor plan and equal number of bathrooms and bedrooms (3 bedroom 3 bath). Each bedroom has its own bathroom and smart TV with cable. Modern kitchen provides an opportunity for family to make delicious meal without paying high restaurant price. The grocery stores are just one mile away. The resort also has club house and business center. High speed internet and wireless internet service is free of charge.
