We are a growing family that loves traveling and spending time together. We have created beautiful memories in Southampton and we know you will too! From the simplest dining alfresco on our deck to strolling into the village for the best Sant Ambroeus gelato, we can tell you from experience, summer memories are priceless. We are happy to share some of the best kept secrets of the Hamptons with our inquisitive and discerning visitors.
Why they chose this property
When you are sitting or walking or playing or just being one with nature in the deep treed yard of our village home, you will have the answer to this question. It's such a special place and really the draw of this home. The tranquility, the natural beauty, the openness and the coziness all rolled into one, create a magical backdrop for whatever you may have dreamed for your summer days. Picnicking, lounging, barbequing, playing football with your family and friends....yes you can, the yard is 200 feet deep.
There is just a special feeling that one has back there, very nurturing. Come and experience for yourself.

What makes this property unique
This area of the village is quiet and lovely. You may meet your neighbors jogging by in the morning or strolling in the evening. Our backyard has mature trees and is like having your own private park. (The fireflies love to alight back there on summer evenings.) You can sunbath, read in the shade, play ball, do yoga all in the privacy of your own backyard. Just a 10 minute stroll to the village for a cappuccino at Golden Pear or a 5 minute stroll to the Cooper Library where the best book sales ever take place on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Bike riding in this area was one of our family's favorite after dinner activities. It's the prefect location.
