It is located in the beautiful Pampulha Oscar Niemeyer, a set that is a World Heritage Site, Situated about 1 km from the Mineirao Stadium, Gymnasium Mineirinho, Pampulha Lagoon, the little church St. Francis of Assisi, known as Little Church of Pampulha, Casa do Baile, Amusement Park Guanabara and the main entrance of UFMG. Well the next Belo Horizonte Airport - Pampulha (PLU) and bus stops that make connection to the Tancredo Neves International Airport, known as Confins Airport (CNF). Place of easy access to supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, bars, restaurants and nightlife. Easy access to highways Inhotim.

It will be a pleasure to welcome tourists traveling with family or business. The house in which the owners also live, is a family atmosphere. The interest is to host families, so that guests can enjoy on the same wavelength of the house. It is also a perfect space to get companies and business, providing privacy to each guest and each space can be very well used by companies.

Excelente casa

Alugamos essa casa por 7 dias em Abril e só tenho coisas positivas a falar. A casa e super aconchegante e ampla com bastante espaço para a família toda. Nas fotos os quartos pareciam escuros e estava com medo de alugar por esse motivo mas para nossa agradável surpresa a casa inteira e bem clarinha e arejada. Nos sentimos bem seguros e confortável o tempo todo. Qualquer dúvida que tivemos foi rapidamente respondida pelos donos e fizeram de tudo para nos agradar. Sem dúvida uma casa maravilhosa que alugaremos mais vezes no futuro!!

Not as advertised

In summary, we were sleep deprived because of the noise level in the neighborhood. Didn’t feel safe. The lack of basic items everywhere throughout the house, made it so much more work on us. It didn’t feel like a home, but a place that is used occasionally for parties or event. It wasn’t cozy at all. Services and the number of bedrooms on the listing description, was not accurate. Our stay was overall uncomfortable.

Eu e minha esposa juntamente com todo o meu grupo fomos extremamente muito bem recebidos pelos proprietários, que nos trataram com um carinho enorme. O imóvel possui uma infra estrutura bastante diferenciada, muito bem cuidada, com acabamentos de alto padrão, cômodos bem espaçosos, area de lazer bem grande, completa e confortável. O imóvel dispõe de excelentes quartos, banheiros, banheira de hidromassagem, closet, enormes salas e uma area de churrasco muito aconchegante com jardim e piscina. com certeza retornarei bastante ao imóvel. Os proprietários estão de parabéns pelo imóvel e pela forma como tratam seus clientes. Obrigado pelo final de semana.

Hospedei meus familiares para minha formatura na casa do Antônio e tenho certeza de que esta foi a melhor decisão para uma ocasião tão especial. Um ambiente extremamente confortável, quartos amplos e arejados, ar condicionado em excelente funcionamento, ambientes limpos, móveis de qualidade, uma casa sensacional com uma área de lazer que faz inveja em muitas casas de novela. O dono, excelente anfitrião, fez de tudo para nos receber da melhor maneira possível e deixou a casa nas melhores condições na véspera da estadia, honesto em todos os momentos e cordial em todas as conversas (além de um excelente músico). Local de fácil acesso, próximo à lagoa da Pampulha, Mineirão e da Av. Fleming, onde encontrávamos boas opções de bares e restaurantes. Rua segura e muito bem habitada. Certamente recomendaria este imóvel aos meus familiares e amigos!
