Check in and out was easy and the property had everything we needed. We appreciated the extra towels and blankets! Beds were comfy and the showers had soap and shampoo which was nice because we forgot ours!

Neighborhood was a little questionable

We didn’t actually end up staying at the property. When we arrived, there were some questionable looking people loitering around the building. The neighborhood was not exactly what we expected. We had our three kiddos with us, so we decided to just grab a hotel in a different location instead. The host was kind to refund a portion of the cleaning fee since we did not end up staying at the property.

Great Condo!

Everything in the condo was just as listed. One very special detail was the host's attention to organization. I tend to overlook the guest information folder in most other VRBOs, but this one was in plain sight and organized by category with tabbed dividers! The kitchen pantry had labeled drawers, and the bedroom closet had labeled bins with extra sheets and towels. The host was very thorough in answering my check-in questions, and quick to respond when I had any others. Although we didn't need it, the use of the guest bedroom closet as a playroom for little ones is genius! If you are staying with 1-2 (or even three children) of any age, this condo is perfect!

We loved our stay! The location is super convenient and close to a lot of things. The house is fully stocked with everything you could need and then some! Lots of toys and games for the kids, too. We would definitely stay here again!

Great size, style, and amenities. Communication with host was excellent. One of the shower drains was draining slowly, and she had a plumber out in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend!

Hostess is so welcoming

This condo is clean & conveniently located to everything. We were 15 mins away from the FW Botanic Garden and other sites we visited. Teresa, the owner, was great at communicating with me well before my stay. When an issue with the AC arose, she took care of it promptly. We had plenty of towels and the kitchen had plenty of dishes for our stay. Highly recommend this condo if you need to stay in Fort Worth!

Quaint luxury apartment

My trip was a simple break from day to day life. The Grey cozy blankets smell like love. The locals are extremely friendly. I visited Yupp's karaoke bar alone. Down to earth atmosphere. Order food...omgoodness I had shrimp scampi at the bar. Hands down shrimp cooked to perfection.

Excellent Condo for Ft Worth Experience

We were a group of 6 ladies who thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location is VERY convenient for experiencing a lot of variety in Ft Worth! All within 15 minutes we were able to get to the zoo, multiple shopping centers, Walmart marketplace, Magnolia Street (shopping, food, terrarium making class, etc)! The owner was very quick with response time and was able to give great suggestions for local entertainment. The house was clean and adequately fit everyone in our group! Would definitely rent again!

Very important guidelines:
This rental is for registered guests only, who have been approved directly by me. No additional people will be able to join the reservation without the owner's knowledge. My approved guests may not later invite other additional people into the rental. No parties or events of any kind are allowed at this property. The condo is a nice, quiet place to enjoy by day and a great home for a comfortable night's rest. It's crucial that my neighbors are comfortable with the people staying in my home in my absence. What makes this property unique

I prepare the condo ahead of time for the type of group coming to town. If you don’t have kids staying with you, I do my best to put the children’s items out of your way.
If you do bring kids along, my condo is definitely a place they will stay entertained! We have lots of toys to keep your little ones busy, as you can see in the pictures of the mini kitchen, books, puzzles, etc.
