Daytona Beach 1st Floor Oceanfront
First Floor Oceanfront one bedroom fully furnished to have a comfortable vacation.
Come and enjoy and relax in this unit, located on the 1st floor overlooking the beach/ocean. Privately Owned and located at the Daytona Beach Resort, which is located the north side of Daytona in the quieter section, near Ormond.
One Bedroom with Living room and open concept that sleeps up to 4 people
-King size bed
-Full size sofa sleeper
-Table/chairs
-Dresser
-Kitchen Fully furnished to make your meals and have a comfortable stay
-Two TVs with Cable, living room and bedroom
-Bathroom with tub/shower
The location is great with Grocery, Walgreens, Restaurants and Shopping across the street walking distance.
It is conveniently located approximately one hour and half drive to the theme parks, Disney World, Animal Kingdom, Sea World, Universal Studios. Also it is one hour drive to St. Augustine or Kennedy Space Center.
Primary Renter must be 21

No Smoking/Vaping - Room/balcony/buiding
Rates for Special Events, Holidays are higher. Rates are subject to change until confirmed.
*Current Update:
Daytona Beach Resort had damages from Hurricanes Ian and Nicole in Sept and Nov 2022. All amenities are closed all pools, jacuzzi, fitness room, sauna, restaurant, tiki bar. There is beach access still available right next door (North of the building).
There will be repairs and construction during 2025.
For Beach access you would need to exit from the front lobby, make a right and walk passed the parking garage, make a right and it is between the two buildings. Also you have water to wash off your beach items.
PARKING:
Parking One pass is found inside the room to be placed in your vehicle. Upon departure you would need to leave it inside the room to avoid a charge of $60.00.
Parking garage is closed - limited parking is available in front of the building, parking is available across the street off Plaza Blvd. Please note this could change where i do not have any control. Map posted in the lobby.
We can guarantee a clean and comfortable stay, but unfortunately we can't guarantee parking or amenities at the Resort.
We welcome you to come to our Condo in Daytona Beach and enjoy the wonderful beach/Ocean.
Last minute rentals are accepted.
