We had a great stay here! Ronda was helpful with check in and any questions we had. The community was great and we enjoyed the pool and putt-putt! We will definitely consider staying here again!

The cabin was very clean, well stocked and tastefully decorated. The location was very good and the view from the back porch was beautiful. The process of booking and checking in was very easy.We actually decided to stay an extra two days so we contacted the host and she was quick to respond and make it happen. We will definitely be staying there again.

We absolutely loved the cabin. It was nice and clean and we were able to enjoy meals together. The kids loved all the games upstairs. After being on our feet all day the hot tub was the perfect relaxation I needed. The host was great at communicating with me. The cabin was close to everything so we didn’t have to drive far to enjoy Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We will be staying again.

We loved this cabin! It was very clean and stocked. The hot tub was warm and clean. There were so many games to keep the kids occupied. The location was also great.

Great cabin. I loved the swing on the back porch. We were down for a baseball tournament so didn’t have much time to spend in the cabin but it would be a perfect quiet getaway with plenty to do at the cabin. Nice game room with lots of board games. I loved this!!! I also like the information notebook that the owner had prepared. Lots of good info. I especially liked being told that the cabin had well water. Very open I like the honesty. I will book here again. It was rod run week so prices were up.

This was our third stay in this cabin, and it really has become home away from home for us! Easy access to Pigeon Forge, but it is a quiet place to relax as a family. Our tween son loved having the loft to himself, and we have made many memories over the air hockey and pool tables. It was clean and comfortable. The fireplaces were invaluable on the chilly winter nights! The host was responsive and answered texts quickly.

Great Cabin

We have rented several cabins in Bear Creek Crossing. This was by far the best one! The cabin was very clean and the view was awesome. We will be back again next year.

This cabin was perfect for our family of 4! It had everything we needed and the view was stunning, as described. It was incredibly clean, too - including the wraparound porch and hot tub area. The host was responsive to our questions and the checkout instructions were clear. The community pool was lovely! It is conveniently located to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Townsend, and Sevierville. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Cabin in the Smokies

We had a great visit! The cabin was exactly as pictured. It’s the first rental I’ve stayed in with full size towels. It was great to have the half bath from the main area for anyone sleeping in the loft. The kids had a great time on the arcade games. The roads are very twisty leading in, would recommend arriving in daylight if you’re unfamiliar with the roads.

The cabin was very nice. Plenty of room for our family of four. Our kids (18 and 14) enjoyed playing pool in the game room. The location was perfect and we were close to everything we wanted to do. The only drawback was the resort’s pool. The water was very cloudy and the tile on the sides above the water desperately needed cleaned.

The resort was nice, kids enjoyed the pool area. The view was great, kids enjoyed hot tub and loft area. Cabin location was nice but I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the cabin. The complimentary snacks had expired a month ago and everything looked as though it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Porch looked like it hasn’t been swept/cleaned off in months. I would stay at resort again but in a different cabin.

Respite in the Mountains

This cabin was perfect for my husband, tween son, and I! It was cozy and snug, but everyone had plenty of space to eat, to lounge, and to unwind. My son LOVED the game loft bedroom that included a TV and air hockey! The kitchen was well-equipped and clean. The beds were comfy, which is refreshing in a rental! The view from the deck is beautiful, and you can enjoy it from the couch during chilly mornings. Even so, the drive to the Island and other attractions is short. We loved the small attentions to detail that made us feel like we were coming home! We look forward to coming back again!
