We had an absolutely peaceful stay at this hidden gem of a property. Everything was absolutely spotless, pristine, and relaxing. We enjoyed every aspect of this home and will definitely consider staying here in the future when we return to AZ. Thank you for everything!
The house was comfortable. Especially appreciated the living area, which had plenty of comfortable seating for the four of us. The kitchen and dining area were also nice, clean, with modern appliances and coffee/tea station and all the cookware and dishes you could need. Appreciated having three bathrooms too. The driveway was very small, but we were able to fit our rental, a Jeep Rubicon, in the garage. Very convenient having a washer and dryer available too.
Hosts were very friendly, engaging and responsive to any questions or needs. House was very spacious with nice amenities including patio area with large gas grille and hot tub. Attached garage very convenient for secure parking of car plus storage for bikes and golf clubs. Location in north metro very comfortable and convenient.

Needs some TLC
We stayed at this property for 3 nights in February to attend my daughters college softball tournament. We booked this home off of the reviews and location. I am an owner of two different properties as well on VRBO. I would be mortified if I got these complains.
Check in was great. The owner had called to let us know the carpet cleaners were running late so the carpet would be wet and ask us to not walk on with shoes. Stairs were soaked when we arrived at 4pm check in, we think they must have just left. Thankfully none of us stayed in the upstairs bedrooms or our feet or socks would have been soaked.
The overall cleanliness was ok. We noticed a few things broken and outside was a mess both at the front door and the back yard. I know Tuson has wind but we were there for a short period and in that time frame never felt any wind.
We were looking forward to be able to cook my daughter a home cooked meal and she was excited to relax in the hot tub.
The BBQ was filthy, we could tell right away it wasn’t cleaned inside or out. The tongs were left outside and were moldy. I sent the owner a text and she said she would have the cleaning crew come back out to clean first thing in the morning. That didn’t happen. I contacted her again as is stated in the welcoming book but she then told me she had forgotten to let the cleaners know and that she wanted me to deal with her property manager. The property manager said they would clean it Saturday but it was to late. We were at softball until late on Saturday. I wanted it cleaned for Friday.
My mom and my daughter both got into the hot tub but weren’t in there long as they felt like they were getting bit by something. They both ended up with a rash the next morning. I also addressed this with the owner and she ask me to deal w the property manager after saying that someone had COVID. I then contacted the property manager again. She indicated that they may have put to much chlorine in the HT. She confirmed she was the one with Covid so she wasn’t able to do the final walk through and sent someone else instead.
There were also many other things inside that were very run down or broken. They ended up refunding us the cleaning fee. I know the previous guests paid a cleaning fee and it wasn’t cleaned very well. I didn’t feel this was very fair for what we paid for the 3 nights. I expected something more. Hope this helps for other guests as well as the owner to put a little TLC into their home.
Great location, house had all the amenities that we needed and was very clean. Good access to all restaurants and shopping. Melissa was very responsive to messages :) .. Thank you, can’t wait to stay here again.
Great location! The neighborhood is friendly and easy to get around! We took walks every day and loved the quiet streets. The house was perfect for our family’s needs. Enjoyed a lot of time in the backyard, using the hot tub and grill. Highly recommend this property!

Great family headquarters
Nice, big house, good setup for our multi family holiday. Comfy, with great response from owner over minor details that needed attention. Neighborhood is odd, but safe. Playground is very close and we used it every day. There are no bikes. Very few games, plenty of dishes and appliances, basic cooking needs. Lovely welcome basket and very private backyard. Good beds!

Nice house in a quiet suburb.
We were a group of 8 who stayed here comfortably for my son’s graduation. We appreciated the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the bathrooms as well as the little welcome basket. Outdoor area could use a little updating and, like most pools in Arizona, the pool is not heated. An overall nice experience and Melissa was very responsive.

Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful time in Tucson. Melissa and Judy could not have been better hosts. Their house was lovely. It had everything we could have asked for, and more. They were instantly responsive to our messages and fulfilled our every request. We will definitely book with them again when we return to Tucson.

Would have been 5 stars, but....
Pros: Our family of 6 loved the hot tub, morning coffee, full kitchen and lovely neighborhood (good for morning runs and home base for tons of activities). It was super helpful to have spices and pantry goods.
Cons: The listing offered 3 bathrooms, bikes and pool toys. When we arrived, we found the upstairs bathroom was locked and we were unable to use it. This was a major inconvenience! There were no bikes or pool items on the property. Melissa did try to get us bikes, but not until our last day in Tucson. Recommend re-vamping the instructions for the property. Most VRBOs have more detailed "operation instructions". Also, the floors were super dusty - maybe that's just Tucson?!

Well maintained property in a pleasing suburb
Plenty of space in the house equipped with everything needed. We didn't use the hot tub or fire-pit as the weather was not conducive - too cold, some 15 degrees F below average.

Great location, great owners, great house! It was perfect!
We had a positive experience dealing with Judy and Melissa. They were quick to respond for any questions and very helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this property again. We had four parties staying in the house and since they had four bedrooms it was perfect. The house was clean stock with basic needs in the kitchen and there was shampoo and conditioner in every bathroom along with plenty of towels. They have thought of everything including a couple hair dryers for you to use.

Cute house but lacking on the details
The house was very clean but smaller than we expected.
The BBQ ran out of propane in the middle of our cooking and there was no backup tank. They didn’t have any wood for the fire pit either. Additionally, if one or two people took showers, the water would be cold for hours until it could heat up again. We had babies with us and that was a real inconvenience. Additionally, we had to dry and fold all their towels as it was left in the dryer wet when we checked in at 4pm.
Melissa was a nice and responsive host but we wouldn’t rent this house again. They need to pay more attention to the small details.

It was very nice and roomy. We loved sitting out in the patio.
The only issue we had was we couldn’t use the pool. It was being drained and it wasn’t ready when we wanted to use it.

Spring Golf Guys trip
We had a wonderful time playing golf enjoying the warmth of Arizona. Melissa was easy to work with and made sure everything went smoothly. Having four bedrooms for four old guys was wonderful. Once you navigate your way to the house, you will find it is convenient to shopping, restaurants, golf and the freeway. Since it was in the 90's we only used the hot tub once, but enjoyed it. Very relaxing after a day of golf. The house was well supplied, the beds comfortable, and the grill worked well for our numerous evening barbeques. Really appreciated the wifi and the many channels on the TV. For golfers, you are ideally located between Omni National and Crooked Tree (municipal) golf courses. Being duffers, we opted for Crooked Tree and the course was in splendid shape and the people very nice to work with. Also took the 45 minute drive down to Green Valley for the many courses down there. For those so inclined, there are many brewpubs in the area. We had a surprisingly good meal at GrowlerUSA. Thanks Melissa and Judy for sharing your house with us, we look forward to returning in the future.

Women's Retreat
Five of us came out for 7 days of the Tucson Gem show in early February. The house was located far enough away from downtown that we could get away from the frenzy and relax but was close enough we did not miss a thing! Melissa was a great host and the house had everything we needed. The location was very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping!

Great Property and Wonderful Owners!
My family and I recently stayed at this property to attend a my mother's memorial services. Our expectations were exceeded. Judy and Melissa were very responsive and helpful through out the entire process. There was a quick response time to our many questions and messages. They also left us a nice welcome gift and expressed sympathy for our loss. The house was perfect for the 7 of us. It was very spacious, clean and convenient. It's a great property with lots of amenities. My nieces and nephews enjoyed the fire pit and jacuzzi. This was the first time I ever rented a house and it will not be my last because this was such a great experience. Thanks again to Judy & Melissa - you are fabulous. We are grateful! I highly recommend staying at this home!!!!! :-)
