House has 4 bedrooms + den with sleep in sofa, private separate cabbana which is ideal for separate family or guest with bathroom and kitchenette. House has 3,5 baths, sleeps 8 in comfort and 2 in sleeping sofa at den.
Main house has three bedrooms, dining room, living room with fireplace, open kitchen, office with sleep in sofa and powder room. Two of the bedrooms has queen size bed, Master has kingsize bed.
Ten foot sliders in the great room open up to spectacular views of one of the three golf courses provided in this community. Total sq.ft exceeding 5000
