Why stay in a stuffy hotel when you can enjoy the traditional layout of our Cottages that gives you an authentic Florida experience in this unique, friendly and laid-back neighborhood?

Having gone through extensive renovations we're unveiling this gem and making it available to the discerning visitor to Sarasota. The 'Coral' Cottage is a tastefully refurbished mid-fifties 2BR/2BA that sparkles. Throughout our properties are numerous contributions of local artists with wall colors to highlight their work.

Entering through the back door you find sweeping granite counters that define the designer kitchen and creates a hospitable entertaining area. There's a granite island that accommodates 4 also filled with all the small appliances you'll need from blenders and mixers to an ice crusher. The narrow cupboards are filled with lovely casual and formal tableware. The washer and dryer also share the space. Located in the backyard is a patio with screened gazebo and outdoor dining area.

Off the kitchen is the Master bedroom with a king-size bed that can be reassembled into 2 twin beds if your needs require. The substantial mirrored closet is perfect for all those winter coats you won't be needing. A beautifully tiled full bath is also conveniently located there. Moving forward into the living room, you pass a half wall that allows for passing your plates into the dining area, which seats four to six people.

The living room includes a sofa bed and comfy chairs positioned to watch the 52" 4K TV with multiple streaming service subscriptions. The walls in this space are adorned with a unique custom paint job that will surely put you in a Florida state of mind.

In the second bedroom is a comfortable queen size bed. This space can also be used as another living area or office and has another TV. The new bathroom with shower is European in design with a glass tiled wall.

Windows cover the entire front of the Cottage and bathe the Cottage in sunlight. Custom plantation blinds can be drawn for your privacy. Original polished Terrazzo flooring will keep you cool as the temperature outside rises. Of course, there's Central Air Conditioning and Heat if you need it. Throughout are numerous contributions of local artists with wall colors to highlight their work.

Thoughtfully designed and environmentally sound gardens surround the properties, creating a park-like setting. Off-street parking for a car right behind the Cottage allows for easily carrying groceries from your car .

Nestled away among the palms, mangoes and jacaranda trees in the Historic District, our Cottages are surprisingly accessible to the attractions waiting for you in beautiful Downtown Sarasota, all within easy walking distance. Fine and casual dining options abound; art galleries, boutiques, salons, Selby botanical gardens, consignment stores and the bay are all just an easy stroll away, as are bike trails and kayaking.

Inquire with your preferred dates and we'll do our best to accommodate your group. Due to the City of Sarasota Zoning Code, we are NOT able to rent for periods shorter than one month nor rent to more than four (4) unrelated persons

We take NO-SMOKING very seriously. Smoking in the Cottages or anywhere on the premises will result in a loss of damage deposit. If you smoke and can not abide by our policy, please find another place to stay.
