The living room offers an additional space with a comfy sofa bed for extra guests. With amenities like a washing machine, dryer, central AC, heating, and WiFi; our guests can relax and unwind in this beautiful vacation home. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Orlando. Perfectly located in the heart of central Florida. 8 minutes from Orlando international airport, 15 from downtown Orlando/Universal studios/Sea world, and 30 minutes from Disney world. The home is located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood surrounded by plenty of fast food, dine in restaurants, theme parks and lots of entertainment. Enjoy free private parking. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Please enjoy our free wifi during your stay. Smart tv in living room, smart tv in master bedroom. Private covered outdoor grilling/lounging area with a tv and fire stick. We welcome up to 2 dogs with a pet fee, no cats or other pets. Outside camera surveillance mandatory for your safety. There is a large pool on the property and it is not offered as a part of the listing as it is kept covered. Just put in your own streaming password. The pool is an extra amenity that is not advertised with the home. Please DO NOT park on the grass. The private parking can park 4 vehicles.
