This was a super convenient location for us to walk to a concert for a quick getaway. The nook was exactly as described and very clean. Would stay there again.
First time using this process. Great rates, nice clean space.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
The listing does not state this is a second floor unit with stairs
The unit is spotless, greatly appreciate how immaculate it is. It was not explicitly stated it was on the second floor only accessible by outside stairs. Yes, the was a picture of the stairs in the listing but there was also a picture of the front of the building and several doors. I did communicate this to the owner and was told I should have known from the picture. Highly disappointed by the response.

Response from VrboOwner on 31 May 2025
The guest was unpleased about the unit being a second floor unit. We were sure to include photos of the stairs necessary to access the unit in the listing. She also complained of the AC unit being too small. The unit is a small studio apartment and the unit available is more than adequate. We have never had any complaints of the AC. Communication of the guests needs should have been communicated prior to their stay.
