Located in Pompano close to Hillsboro inlet, and under 1.5 miles to Pompano Pier with world class restaurants and plenty of entertainment options for all tastes and budgets.
This home has 2 full kitchens. The primary kitchen is part of the open plan living area, and off the primary bedroom suite there is an additional studio apartments with a pullout sofa (queen) and a full kitchen. It's perfect for parents with kids or groups that want their own space.
The courtyard pool area is very private, has a hot tub, a large tiki hut, BBQ grill and covered sofa seating. The pool has a large 'sun deck' which is great for small kids to paddle in.
Both kitchens are upgraded with granite countertops and high end appliances - gas stove and large fridge freezer, and plenty of pots/ pans etc.
Approx 15 min drive to Fort Lauderdale, and the same to Boca Raton
