Not a luxury hotel

While this property is clean, I would not consider this a luxury hotel. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable and rooms are decently spacious. However, depending on what building you are in, you will have to trek 50-70 stairs up hill to get to your room. Also, the service is worse than terrible. We requested simple items such as toilet paper and towels on numerous occasions and it either took 6-7 hours to get them or they never came. We spent the last two days using facial tissue for toilet paper

we rented a 3 BR condo found out from property manager the day before that it was not available and we would be in 3 1BR units. They were supposed to be in the same building which they were not. Never would have paid that much $$ for 3 different units would have been much cheaper to stay another property. Resort was nice but very over priced for what we got. Property manager offered to give us another property for the inconvenience but I think I will pass and book secure arrangements in the future.
