Beautiful new apartment, fully furnished and equipped 2 blocks from the seafront "Malecón". Located in Barranco, a bohemian district with lots of activities to do where you can find art galleries, bars, clubs, restaurants, parks and streets to walk with great view. Excellent for people who like walking, a few blocks from "El Puente de los Suspiros", "Microteatro", Electricity Museum, Mario Testino Museum, De Osma Museum and many great places. Excellent location!
Execlente location!! 10 minute walk from Larcomar Mall. Apartment is new, in excellent conditions and very cozy. Perfect for business people who need a good place to be calm and also for people who want to have fun because we are very close to many attractions.
1 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms, a living room, balcony and kitchen. Kitchen is stocked with essentials. Countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms are granite and hardwoods floors throughout the apartment. Double bed in the bedroom with nice view, large closet, and an in-suite bathroom with tub-shower combination. The bathroom is freshly stocked with soap, shampoo ad toilet paper for all guests.
The building has doorman and security 24/7, gym, lobby, washing machines area, 1 parking spot and a cool terrace on the roof where you can enjoy an incredible view.

I recommend you to walk to nearby places as the neighborhood and its surroundings are beautiful. My best recommendation is to take a walk from Barranco to San Isidro district by the seafront were you can enjoy the ocean view, better if its in summer. If you want to go to far away districts you can go by taxi or bus (cheaper but i recommend taxi - Uber) .
