A villa close by at the centrum off Lovina Beach


My place is close to the city center. Youll love my place because of the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
The villa is located in Kaliasem ( Jalan Pudak )
It is about 1 km from the centrum from Lovina.
The villa has 2 bedrooms with bathrooms on suite
Bathroom has hot and cold water
It has also an extra guest toilet
Kitchen/living area with airco, Tv , Wifi, telephone
on back side there is also a laundry place, pls ask the staff about it.
Staff is working 1/2 days, only in the morning time
Garden men, is coming in the morning or late in afternoon, to take care for the pool and the garden.
He will be there only 1 till 1,5 hour
Staff inside the villa can make your breakfast, and will cleaning the villa,
The rest off the day, you can enjoy your privacy.
The villa is close enough to centrum, so easy to go out for lunch or dinner.
Also possible of course to cook by your self.
Or we have also a delivery service ...lets make it easy...

Beautiful and welcoming

The staff was wonderful and kind. Willem was very helpful and generous. The place is beautifully built and maintained. The location, everything is in walking distance. Lovely place to visit. Not busy at all.

5 Star Resort Style Paradise

This little paradise is nestled in a quite village 600m approx. away from the beach. However, the pool and privacy offered, provides a sanctuary that there is no need to leave. Willem, Ari and Nia also made us feel very welcome and attended to all our requirements, including a lovely breakfast every morning.

Great from start to finish

From the initial booking request, the owner was a great communicator. He kept me informed of everything about the villa, as well as his whereabouts in case I needed to contact him. The villa kitchen had plenty of necessities, such as salt / pepper, butter, coffee and a bottled water dispenser. The villa and grounds were beautiful and the pool was clean and refreshing. Both bedrooms had king size beds, with plenty of closet room, Safe’s and en suite baths. The beds were quite firm, but comfortable. The staff were able to purchase groceries for us and prepared breakfast daily. They also dropped our laundry off locally. We appreciated the booklet of all pertinent information, including contact information for emergencies., as well as info on local attractions and restaurants, Highly recommend this villa!

We had an amazing stay at the villa and would definitely stay there again if we returned to Lovina.

We had an amazing stay at the villa and would definitely stay there again if we returned to Lovina. The villa offers a lot of privacy and has a good mixture of sun and shade throughout the day. The communication with Willem was great, he replied very quickly to any questions we had and got us in touch with a trustworthy driver for trips and to get us to the villa. The maid was outstanding - she made us delicious pancakes and fresh juice for breakfast and helped us organise a cooking class and dolphin watching. Overall, I can only recommend this place :-)
