Waking up to deers was a great experience. Location of home is ideal for wine tasting. Close to town and wonderful restaurants. Clean home. Has fully equipped kitchen. Stay for 8 people we all had plenty of space.

Very clean house with a nice deck in a nice neighborhood. Very close to downtown restaurants and shops - 5 minute bike ride. Check in and check out was easy.

All spaces were comfortable for a group of 9. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. 5 deer welcomed us each morning in the backyard!The floors were dusty. The bathroom in the upstairs bedroom did not convert to shower at all. Needs to be repaired. Would have been nice to have a mirror in each bedroom. TV was difficult to maneuver. Would have been nice to have a second TV in a bedroom. However, I would go back and stay there again.

First impression was how clean the house was. Then that it had had all of the essentials needed to make our stay comfortable. The view was amazing from the rear of the house and the extra amenities made things fun. I would highly recommend.

Can't say enough good things about this house! I was there for 5 days with a group of girlfriends, and it was perfect. Spacious and comfortable living and dining area, fantastic and well-equipped kitchen, multiple outdoor sitting options with breathtaking views... The beds and bed linens were top-notch - always important!The house is also in a perfect location - an easy walk to and from downtown, but removed enough to be totally peaceful. Also important - the management folks are friendly and responsive!

A great location for two families with kids!

We loved staying here! It is well set up for kids, but note there is a staircase you will need to be mindful of. The house is an easy walk into town, has a fun play tent, and gaming tables. Great entertainment for everyone!

Beautiful, clean, modern home. Close to downtown. Very comfortable for a group of friends to enjoy a wine country weekend. Lots of spaces to hang out outside on the decks and inside the home.

Avant Stay was fantastic! Checking in was a breeze thanks to the detailed instructions They communicated clearly from booking to check-out and provided a great welcome guide with all the important information. The location was perfect, less than a mile from downtown Paso. The interior was clean and all the furniture was high quality, with a well stocked kitchen, and very comfortable beds in every room. We felt supported the whole time. The property looked exactly like the pictures online, and we were so impressed. It was even better in person! We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend it.

Great location, so easy to get to downtown, even to spa and other fun sites. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, deer regularly stroll by. The house is well kept, spacious, a very relaxing place to come to; well stocked kitchen, with everything you could possibly need. Avant stay left is a fun little gift that was appreciated. Drive way is steep! Also, we needed some instructions on the TV, and how to get that working. Super easy to enter, made coming in and getting settled hassle free. I loved the house, and wanted my guests to each have their own room. Beds were comfy, didnt feel cheap or like they cut corners. A little on the side, but it felt calm, safe and secure - so relaxing. I do recommend the house, highly!

Perfect house for our group of 9 friends to have a girls weekend. Would 100% book it again. Bathrooms were stocked with great amenities. Kitchen had everything needed to cook breakfasts. Access to an EV charger was a bonus! My only nit-picky thing would be the futon downstairs would not be something an adult would want to sleep on. The rest of the beds were very comfortable. Location was good for us as we are walkers. We walked downtown from the home and it was an easy 10-15 minute walk downhill. The walk home took a little longer as half the distance is uphill. Something to keep in mind depending on your group.
