Modern furniture imported from Italy, Poggenpohl island kitchen with Miele appliances. Modern bathrooms with free-standing tubs and chrome appliances. Hardwood floor throughout. High ceilings with high doors. Piano, two 75-inch 4K HD TVs with professional surround sound system. Free Internet. Remote shades. Frameless sliding doors bring a breathtaking view over the canyon and city lights into your living space—indoor/outdoor feel. In addition to the spacious patio, there is a rooftop with an open fireplace and a bar with a 360-degree view of the Ocean, the Getty Museum, Canyon, Mountains, and Downtown Los Angeles. The house is located in the Hills of Bel Air. Modern. It's quiet, yet close to the ocean and city life. Five minutes to Sunset Boulevard, Westwood's shops, movie theaters, and restaurants. Ten minutes to Hollywood with its bars and nightlife, 10 minutes to Brentwood with restaurants and shopping areas, 15 minutes to the ocean, and 15 minutes to the airport. You are on top of the world and in the middle of everything, yet it has the quiet, relaxing feel of a mountain retreat.

Amazing Stay in Bel Air with LA City Views

We reached out to the owner of the house one week before we arrived in LA. We were extremely lucky and fortunate that the the place was still available. The owner was extremely warm, responsive and considerate. After being reassured that we would be respectful of their home she approved our stay. After 3 days at their home, we decided to extend for another 3 weeks. Throughout our stay the owner was in constant but in no way intrusive communications checking to make sure that we were okay including after an earthquake. They put us in touch with their cleaner and baby sitter which made life that much easier during our stay. The place itself was exactly as described with beautiful fitouts and outdoor decking. The neighbourhood is located at the TOP of Bel Air hills in a quiet very upscale neighbourhood. We would love to stay here again.

The house is the perfect and rare mix between country feel and an exciting metropolitan flair. While enjoying drinks on our vast patios overlooking the mountains, the ocean and the city lights of downtown L.A. , you can see deer gazing in the hills and eagles circling the sky.

What makes this property unique

You will find this House is is a rare Oasis in the middle of everything. Come home, enjoy the view and use our water rower, listen to music with our surround system or play the piano... or go for a walk in the hills. It's the perfect luxury home away from home.
