Guest Access:
Self check-in is simple with a secure keypad code provided before arrival. Guests have full and private access to the entire laneway suite and balcony. Entry is through a gate from the green space and pathway through the back yard.

It’s easy to get around whether you’re driving, biking, or on foot. The property has quick access to major roads, dedicated bike paths, and is just a few minutes from public transit stops - including a 10–15 minute walk to Sunnyside LRT station - connecting you to downtown and the rest of the city with ease.

To help keep things safe, smooth, and in line with local regulations, we ask guests to complete a short check-in form after booking. It includes a quick photo ID, similar to what hotels require, and helps confirm who’s staying since platforms (like Airbnb) don’t always share full details. It’s fast, secure, and makes for an easy, contactless self check-in.
