But if you want to invite your guests to have a party or small event on our property that it will have an extra fee and rules. Please contact the owner in advance. Other facilities offered at the property include a shared lounge and a games room, but the alarm system and quiet time are started 12:00 am to 7:00 am.

Great places to stay! We had 10 of us and we didnt feel like we on top of each other. Hosts were more than accommodating and very friendly! The home was beautiful! The kid's had so much to do with all the games. The house was very sound proof! Definitely would stay here again!

So fun and beautiful!

Sunny was so gracious. She showed me around her garden at my request. The place was clean and bright, with lots for the kids to do and a private space for everyone to retreat. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful home

The home was beautiful and spacious with 5 large bedrooms and plenty of fun! We enjoyed pool, basketball and air hockey! There was something fun for everyone. We plan on staying here again in the future.

Basement rental w/stunning grounds and fun game room. Very clean w/high expectations from renters.

The property the house is on is beautiful (ie garden & upstairs house) but it’s important to note that the property you are booking is the basement (this was not clear to me when booking, I only realized after rereading the reviews). Possibly a few pics showing the entryway to the basement or additional info in the description would help clarify this to potential renters. The basement area is very large and clean, with a great game room that was a blast with kids. There are lots of rooms with comfy beds and a fully stocked kitchen (dishes/pots/pans), though the layout is a bit strange (2nd bathroom is spilt with toilet in the entry way while the sink/shower is down a long skinny hallway on the other side of the living room). We enjoyed our 1 night stay and the owner was very sweet, but I would strongly recommend to the owner to move to an electronic and pre-booking/pre-arrival list of rules and associated charges for damaged/lost items instead of a walkthrough process upon arrival. It was an unexpected way to start our stay that set us back on plans, and while the majority of rules are understandable and doable, it caused several members of our party to not be able to feel relaxed/comfortable with the fear of being charged for anything they did (ie rolling suitcases across the white carpet which would result in an additional cleanup charge). This was not realistic for those with large suitcases or back problems. If this information was presented up front and something that could be reviewed prior to booking we would have had time to prepare and/or consider if this was the best/most realistic option in hopes to maintain the upmost respect for your property and comfort for our group.

The Garden is EVERYTHING!!

Our hosts were so kind and accommodating, we even got a personalized tour! It was a short trip from Colorado to Salt Lake for my mother-in-law’s 50th. There was plenty of space for the 11 of us, we even left one room untouched. We all enjoyed the various activities that the house had to offer, there was something for everyone. Although we shared the property with the hosts it felt very private and intimate. Our absolute favorite part was the garden! It is clear that a lot of time and love has been put into this home and we would absolutely stay again.

Convenient and fun

A nice multi bedroom place with a big central living and game room. It was convenient for us to get to the Olympic Oval. It's near an interstate interchange for travel elsewhere.

Ad reads as if it is the whole house/backyard with a basement included. We were disappointed to find that it was only the basement, with stairs leading down. The backyard was included but she seemed unhappy that we didnt ask before hand if we could use the barbeque and firepit. However this was a very clean house, we felt as if we could let our little babies crawl on the floor. We would stay here again just wish we would have known that it was only the basement we rented.

Dear Carla, It looks, you did not read our description before renting it. We do mention this 3 bedroom with windows rental is in the 3350sf of the basement. To use our backyard also has rules and fees for over 12 people. If you want to use our backyard you should tell me in advance, not after check-in 5:00 pm. But I did you a favor to drop whatever my own cooking dinner time and hurry to clean, washed also set up those outdoor chairs, tables, BBQ countertop and floor spending nearly my extra 2 hours work. We can let you use those facilities, but it doesn't mean I should clean and set it up for free special those are in the dust of the outdoor. Unfortunately, I DID NOT ASK a penny, which it cost and mentioned $100.00 in our description. I also spent my own money mailing your wire stuff back to you. You even did not say a word when you receive it. Sorry! You don't appreciate all I had done for you. You are not welcome back in here anymore! Sunny

Beautiful backyard with huge fish and a fire pit. Nine of us stayed we had plenty of space it was very entertaining having a big TV pool table air hockey table ping pong and a full kitchen. Great hospitality definitely worth it and definitely will be staying here again!

Girls Weekend Success!

We had 9 people who stayed overnight, and there was a bed for everyone. The house was clean and very nice. Sunny was great to work with, and very accommodating. They've got a really neat backyard with a fish pond and fire pit. Inside there is a huge TV in the main living including: Ping Pong, Pool Table, Hockey Table, and Hoop Shoot. We felt really safe with the alarm system, which she will set to anytime you want (ours was set for 1:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m.) We will be staying again! Thanks Sunny!

You can free to use BBQ grille on our backyard with your family and friends up to 12-16 people also enjoy the Sunny's Garden, if you booking our rental night. Because it's in the outdoor area, you need to set up and cleaning up by yourself. If you over 12-16 people, that it will have an extra fee, please contact the owner in advance.
