Our Lovely Three bedrooms Single Family house is located in a family oriented area, North Potomac Maryland. We are sharing our Single family house with a lovely half an acre garden that surrounds it. Actually, this rental includes the two top floors of the house that include 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Sometimes, there is a guest who lives in the basement temporarily. Please stay kind to those who live in the basement. Although you DO NOT SEE each other, we appreciate if you respect. Basement is fully furnished and has its own independent door. check listing Id # 4308502. If you do not want to see them, please keep the basement door ALWAYS CLOSED.

Trash bins pick up days is early morning every Monday.

Recycle bin ( blue bin for paper, cans and glasses) pick up day is early Tuesday morning.

My suggestion is to leave the trash bins one night ahead of time in the house driveway . Trash bins will be picked up next day early morning.

Please do not flush toilet paper in the bathroom pipe. if you do so , bathroom pipe will clog the sunpump and water will back up in the bathroom. You are responsible for damages to the property .

Turn off all the lights , specially chandeliers , before leaving the house. We apologize if there is extra charges for unwise electricity consumption .
