loved this place! small but was very comfortable, big fenced in yard so our dog could run around, nice bathroom, had a whole little kitchen to use as well!!

Pretty nice stay! I didn’t realize the house was actually a tiny home in the host’s backyard but we had our privacy and the host was very communicative, overall great stay! Very close to the Fillmore venue which is why we stayed here :)

We had a great time in this tiny home! It’s about the size of a studio apartment and doesn’t feel cramped AT ALL. Nice bathroom too and the amenities were nice, the host provided utensils, glassware and silverware for cooking and a couple spices which was appreciated because alot of places don’t provide much these days. Looking forward to booking again anytime we get back to Charlotte. Also, only 15min from downtown, great location and the house was in a safe, chill, quiet neighborhood too.

Short trip in a tiny and cute home

I visited from out of town for a concert with friends and this property had everything we needed! It was such a cute and quaint tiny home with everything we needed, and Nicole was an incredible host and was responsive when we locked ourselves out on accident. I will definitely stay again next time I visit.

Perfect spot

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property based on my experience. Within minutes of arriving, I found a bag of bathroom trash left on the floor, dirty floors, and the shower curtain and rod lying on the floor. There was dark pet hair throughout the property, including in the shower, on the countertops, in the bedding, and even on the extra toilet paper.The most concerning issue was a live roach inside the refrigerator when I opened it to put away our food. I immediately took a photo and video and sent them to the host. We also encountered live spiders, a roly-poly in the shower, and dead bugs in the window sills. I had to clean the shower myself before using it.The host apologized and attributed the condition to the cleaner, but there were simply too many cleanliness issues to overlook. I contacted Vrbo that night and ultimately checked out the following morning, a full day before my reservation ended.I don't expect a rental to be perfect, but I do expect it to be clean and sanitary when I arrive. I documented the condition with photos and video. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again.

Clean and Quiet - Great place for two and a Pup

The accommodations were clean. Kitchen essentials like a fry pan and a couple of pots, spatulas, flatware and dinnerware all available. A can opener would be a beneficial add to the kitchen. The bed was comfortable. This is a nice place for a couple of people and a pet. The fenced-in yard made for a nice area for the dog to roam. Communication was great throughout.

The property was very clean and organized. The host was extremely responsive to questions. The internet went out on us and the host had it resolved very quickly. Two little things were that no little shower soaps or soaps for the bathroom sink were provided. Other than that, it was fantastic. The host responsiveness made it a 10/10.

Host was pleasant in messages so I went against my better judgement and didn't take pictures of the lack of cleaning, and how badly the place was built. Thought it would be ok for the 2 days I was staying. The issues: Cobwebs on the fan, dirt and more cobwebs in the corner by the pullout, smudges on the walls (especially behind the faucet in the bathroom), marks on walls, stains on comforter, black smudges on wash cloth, and sheet, stain on shower curtain, shower handle fell off, curtian rod fell multiple times, wood cracking in shower cracking in windowsills, stains on ceiling, stains on side of fridge (and on rack where towels are located), floor didn't look like it was mopped prior. Place looked like it was built by someone who didn't know what they were doing. Nice at first glance, but provided pictures of the place are not accurate. Disappointed in myself for not taking pictures. Make sure you document the mess if you choose to stay here. I doubt it's even up to code. First and last renting through vrbo. Deleting this account.

However, this stay resulted in a confirmed smoke odor inside the property, which is strictly against our no-smoking policy. Because of the additional cleaning required after checkout, a smoke remediation fee was applied in accordance with our house rules. We always encourage guests to notify us immediately during their stay if anything is not satisfactory so we can address it right away.
