This upscale,maintained home features a pool that can be heated and may allow dogs (additional fees apply, please send message for fees) It offers 3 bedrooms, with walk-in closets, 2 bathrooms, a den with a couch to sleep one guest,(not a pull out bed) and an office/gym. The kitchen boasts stunning granite countertops and wood plank tile flooring throughout. Conveniently located just 2.9 miles from the Spring Training baseball field and 3.8 miles from the Cardinals Stadium, this home combines luxury and prime location. Wigwam Resort and Golf and Palm Valley Golf close by this home is a golf lovers paradise. Sports fans will love the Major League Baseball (Dodgers, White Sox, & Reds) and NFL football close by as well as NASCAR! There is fishing and boating nearby at Lake Pleasant as well as Canyon & Saguaro Lakes.One dog allowed on a case by case basis at an additional fee of $10.00 per night. Additional cleaning fees may also apply. Please inquire prior to booking for pet approval. NO PETS ON FURNITURE PLEASE! Cats are not allowed. No gate or lock around pool.
No glass in pool area. Self Check-In with Key pad. NO SMOKING Allowed. No Events, parties of large gatherings. Max number of Guest 7 (One couch in Den Available to sleep on or air mattress) Pool can be heated for an additional fee. For your safety, exterior security cameras are located at the front door and garage. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces.Must be at least 25 years of age to book. NO OVERNIGHT STREET PARKING!

Wonderful Stay!

What a wonderful stay we had at your beautiful home! Everything was very well stocked, there wasn’t a thing I could think of that you didn’t have! We as a family loved the open kitchen and living room. The pool was sparkling clean and just the right size. My daughter loved the games and the art supplies. The home was immaculately clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend your home to my family and friends.

Property was great, kitchen fillet equipped to cook Thanksgiving dinner. My only complaint was the pool was advertised as heated. And it was not. Host tried to get maintenance person to come out earlier and did not happen. I specifically picked this house because of the heated pool. Was very disappointed.

Hi Connie. Thank you for your feedback. As stated in our listing, the pool is available to heat for a fee. We never stated that it was/is always heated. We also ask for guest to inquire what the fee for heating would be (this is stated in our listing) so we may leave the instructions on how to heat the pool prior to your arrival. Since you requested the heating after your arrival, we informed you of the fee. Once we realized the heating wasn’t working, we quickly refunded the amount. The pool heater was working perfectly fine for the guest that were there prior to your arrival (as you may be able to see that review where they were able to enjoy the heated pool). We also immediately contacted our pool company and were willing to pay the emergency visit fee on a holiday to get them out there but unfortunately that did not work out for them. We also immediately had them go out as soon as they possibly could to install an entire new system which they did on Saturday. If we could have gotten the heating repaired and them out there the same day, we would have. Our advertising is correct and we made every attempt to get the unplanned, inoperable heater to work. Thank you again for your feedback.
