My stay here was great.. it looked exactly like the pics. It was clean comfy and just enough space needed for me. The area was nice quiet and I felt safe coming in later in the evening. Parking was good right in the driveway and the host responded in a timely manner when asked questions. I definitely would recommend staying here and I will be back for sure.

Perfect for my needs

I was in town working as a volunteer for a 3 day music festival in nearby Manayunk and stayed here for 4 nights. I was gone for most of each day so didn’t need much - just a comfortable, quiet place to rest and recharge and this place fit the bill perfectly. Nicely decorated and the host even left a couple of snacks and bottled water out on the counter - a nice touch. This property is essentially a converted basement apartment with a dedicated entrance so it is all one room except the bathroom. Ideal for a single traveler but two people could also be comfortable there. The bed is a day bed with another bed that slides out from under so it may not be the best for couples. There is a grocery store and several fast casual restaurants within walking distance just a couple of blocks away. And bus stops at the nearest corners. I had planned to Uber most of the time while I was there but Philadelphia mass transit is pretty useful and I ended up taking buses and trains the whole time, even back and forth to the airport. The location, price and cleanliness of this property were perfect for my needs. The host clearly put a good deal of thought into making it comfortable for their guests. I would definitely stay here again.

Why they chose this property

Beautiful tree lined streets, across the street from the suburbs and conveniently accesible to the major highways and roads that will take you from one end of the City to the next. Walking distance to the area hospital, neighborhood shopping centers and large retailers and popular eateries are a hop skip and jump away. Longhorn Steakhouse, Fridays and Chic fila are less than 5-min away! Great location, diverse neighborhood and quiet area. State Police department within walking distance, with St. Joseph’s University Campus and Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine campus 5-10 minutes away.

What makes this property unique

My property is quaint, quiet and conveniently nestled in a residential neighborhood where the state police building is around the corner and the neighborhood watch is active, as the residents of the area make it a priority to take care of their properties and the neighborhood as a whole.
