Fun Family Friendly Apartment

The apartment is spacious with many amenities and close to the public transport. My family and I wanted to meet "half way" and it just happened to be Toronto. The basement suite was a perfect space for our 5 day stay. The deciding point for me was how family friendly the hosts and rental was.There was a washer and dryer as well as kid toys, kid friendly plates and cutlery, even a travel cot. While in a peaceful neighborhood it's far from the Toronto's main attractions. I'd recommend having a car while staying here (the hosts are kind enough to leave a spot for you in the driveway).

Why they chose this property

We live in a very quiet and friendly neighbourhood surrounded by nearby parks,ravines and schools. We are minutes away from Claireville conservation (horse ranch). We are close to major shopping centres, woodbine casino /race track (Amazing for a great night out and fun)...and malls such as Bramalea city centre, Vaughan mills and Woodbine.

We are located between Woodbridge and HWY 50. You will also have close access to HWY 427, HWY 410, HWY 400, and HWY 407 giving you easy access to travel down town Toronto and Pearson International Airport.

What makes this property unique

The appartment is equip with everything you need, as if you were in the comfort of your own home. Very comfortable, cozy and located in a nice quiet mature neighbourhood. It is a great place to relax, rest and sleep between your events.
Enjoy a board game or watch a movie on Neflix during the winter months or relax in the backyard during the summer months, well watching the kids playing in the backyard.
Two TV's- A 55" TV in the family room and a 27" TV in both bedrooms to enjoy.
Need to stretch your legs; go for a walk down the street to enjoy the large park and watch the kids play at the playground.
The house is close to shops, malls, parks and public transportation.
We also offer for our guests with small children, kids toys, crib, board games, kids books, kids dishware (plates, bowls, cups, and utensils), baby bath tub. We also offer high chair and play pen; (request only- we will make sure they are set up upon your arrival).

We live in the upstairs area and we are very considerate and conscious to the noise level for our guests downstairs.
Please No Parties, events and gatherings. Noise travels very easy.
