Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Oven/BBQ cleaned (if used) to avoid a $25 fee.
Any furniture out of place will be $25 fee.
SPA to 100F and cover on.
Outdoor games in black bin.
Please report any incidents prior to checking out (broken or damaged items).
