Since this is a newish entry, And occupied by owner half the year ..you won’t notice many reviews here, but I am a super host and you can find me and dozens of 5 star reviews elsewhere.( on Vrbo’s main competitor, the platform that begins with the word AIR …) I live in the same community and it is comprised of primarily owner residents and a small number of guests. ————————————————NOTE I have blocked off Dec 30 & 31 but if you would like to rent December and January together? Since this is set up as a personal residence , you will notice right away how easy it is to settle in and feel right at home. if you are familiar with Home stays such as VRBO, You will be surprised at the number of amenities, (this couple has gone overboard. 🤪) There is a designated parking spot for you,-

Personally, I have traveled extensively And I feel confident that I know what you’re looking for on your home away from home vacation. In fact recently, I came back from a one bedroom stay in Vancouver that had 1/3 of these amenities ( one of us slept on the couch ) it was just a basement apartment and I paid $800 for three nights (and had to take an Uber every day to go anywhere!. )

INSIDE
Our home has a wonderful ambience -fashionable yet comfortable ,slightly coastal. Upgraded lighting throughout ceiling fans with remote in the living room and guestroom. A sliding glass door from your living room to the private lanai is visible from the front door and provides an open feeling.

The kitchen, on the left as you enter the home, is equipped with everything you might need Including a new refrigerator.
There are two smart TVs and you’ll find we have excellent streaming Wi-Fi. Feel free to enter your own login into existing app such as Netflix or other services. We also have basic cable TV.

SARASOTA is a tourist’s dream. but then, you’ll need to have wonderful rest to regenerate for the next great day. You’ll have that in our peaceful villa, with a comfy NEW queen bed and en suite bathroom, a second full bathroom with the tub, will afford you and your companion, the opportunity to enjoy separate spaces. In your 2nd bedroom, there is a NEW bed and desk area as well.
There is a large size washer and dryer in our villa - ironing board and iron, beach towels, and chairs. The pool is moments away and it is glorious. I’m saying that as a person who is not usually fond of pools. it is very lightly used as many of the residents in our community are snowbirds.

Our community is comprised of all age groups. While there are a number of retired people here, there are also those that go to work every day and some have children. This is not a tourist area and the minimum rental time is set by the community association. We can only rent a few times a year!

Jefferson Pines is a safe residential community and we have a small information sheet that we will ask you to complete. This provides quality control and is a huge plus for both of us.

Sarasota itself is a vibrant community and when you walk through the streets at night in downtown, there is never an evening without activity and excitement people having a wonderful time. There are events throughout the year. Entertainment, music, farmers markets I will provide you with brochures and tourist information.

Walking distance from your vacation Villa is a family owned supermarket, laundromat, Family Dollar, take out Chinese food, pharmacy, and nail parlor. Also a new Wawa with low gas prices. A little further brings you right into downtown with a movie theater with reclining seats and good prices. And a new SPROUTS There are upscale restaurants of many ethnicities… affordable, pubs, and all sorts of shopping. Main Street is a few minutes away and you’ll find it bustling with all age groups and live music especially on Friday and Saturday nights.

Yes…Famous Sarasota beaches are close by and now we have a Sarasota trolley which can take you all the way to Lido Beach and you can leave your car at home.!

Transporting you on a fun open air ride through Main Street then to the Bayfront and then all around Saint Armand Circle and then out to Lidl Beach… Is the free BAY RUNNER TROLLEY. You can find this trolley in a 10 to 15 minute walk from our Villa or a three minute drive.

Bikes are a big thing here and E bikes are available as well as scooters. The water sports are legendary. You have Kathleens catamarans just moments away. and there are numerous places to go kayaking, including the Lido mangroves. The Bayfront is a straight run down Fruitville Road and you can go about 2 miles to get to the Bayfront park, or to Marie Selby botanical gardens, which is actually world Known. You may have heard of the Ringling Museum, it’s right here and we are just 15 minutes from the Sarasota airport
