Best ever stay at the beach

This property and location were perfect for us. Everything was easy. Our teenagers could walk or ride rented bikes into Rosemary Beach to shop or eat. We loved having the restaurant and bar at the beach entrance. Michael was super responsive when we had questions before arrival and during our stay. We plan to come back whenever we can!

Loved our stay here!

Close to everything, and so many fun things happen within a 5 minute or less walk from the condo. Also loved having a spot set up on the beach for us every day. The kids loved waking to the donut truck every morning, and playing in the nearby splash fountain before going to the beach to swim and play. We are planning to stay here again next summer. Highly recommend it!

Perfect and safe location

This was the BEST location and setup of all the areas we’ve been on 30A. It’s on the Oceanside, which is great. Front row beach chairs and an umbrella were included saving tons of time and travel space. Even though High Pointe is an older complex, this unit was clean and maintained. It’s right across the street (less than 3 minute walk) to Peddlers Pavilion with food, treats, Starbucks, shopping, and live music every night. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Great Time at High Pointe

The pool side location was incredible. Walk to Crabby Steve's for lunch/dinner, and hang around pool or head down to beach. We loved the direct access this unit provided, without elevators or stairs. Condo is located in a prime spot on 30a/ Seacrest beach right next to Rosemary. First floor unit made it easy access for pool and walking to beach with a child. Michael was a great host who communicated easily/ quickly with our questions. Really loved that 2 chairs came with this unit for easy beach use. Crabby Steve’s was a nice bonus for wonderful seafood and drinks. Renting in High Pointe with friends in other units was the perfect beach vacation!

Why they chose this property

This area is paradise . I fell in love with this property the first time I stepped foot on this land. I bought preconstuction in 1996 when only two buildings of High Pointe were the only buildings for miles around on this beach

What makes this property unique

This condo is unique for people that do not want to have to run all the way upstairs and wait on the elevator to get there .

Kids can run out to the pool. Adults don't have to carry groceries and luggage very far. This condo is only steps to your car on one side and to paradise out the patio doors on the other
