Large ground floor apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and full bathroom. Very clean, simple, comfortable in a private gated location in the bustling city of Sambava. Cleaning services can be provided (at extra cost if you need a daily house keeping). We clean and changes bedding weekly.
Utilities (electricity, gas and hot water) included, smart TV, free WiFi.
Located near major shopping area, 15 minutes by taxi from airport.
There are other people lives in the same floor on the other side of the hallway but they don't share any facilities with you.

I was born and raised in Madagascar (Sambava region). Later I left for Europe and United States. I visit Madagascar frequently and enjoy many travels around the world.
For the last ten years I have build my bed and breakfast style home in Sambava at the same time raising my 4 children, now adult, in the United States. I am very happy to be able to share my place for comfortable living to travelers while they enjoy and learn the local life style.

What makes this property unique

Center of the city of Sambava. one block behind the main road so its not noisy at all.
Seating in the 3rd floor balcony is amazing with fresh air and wide open view of the Antaimby neighbors . Great for a large group. My whole entire rental property will accommodate about 14 people if booked together.
This kind of living will be hard to find somewhere else in Sambava.
