Thank you for staying with us. It was truly a pleasure to have you. We hope we can serve you again in the future!
A great stay. We liked watching all the boats going in and out of the water. Only disappointment was there was no laundry facilities. I thought I saw on the site that there was. A great place for an extended weekend.
The staff are so friendly and accommodating! Great unit on the inlet,
Yet so close to the beach.
We didn’t miss having a pool at all, and there are several dining options nearby.
Great beach, very private, as it is a decent walk from the public beach (Nokomis).

Outstanding location
Nothing like casting a line 15 ft from your bed! This place has it all in terms of location and private amenities. Advice to future guests…take advantage of the grill and dining table at the pavilion! Gorgeous views of the sunsets!
This is the best of both worlds. We stayed in the boathouse on the canal And a very short walk across the property and you are on the gulf! Only bad thing was the red tide. No fault of the property.

It was wonderful having you with us. Hope to see you back!
It felt like being in a houseboat surrounded by water. It is very compact but super functional. My husband and I fell in love with it as soon as we saw the posting...even though we swear we never stay in a place without a KB. We are so glad we let our intuition prevail. And the QB was comfortable and in no way an issue. The location is great also. There are a couple fine restaurants within a 10-min walk and it is an easy drive to Venice.
Absolutely loved everything about it! The location, free entertainment at the boat ramp across the inlet and easy access to the beach. The only thing the Boat House lacked was a freezer and a Keurig (reg coffee maker was available). We bought a styrofoam cooler to help hold ice and it was doable all other amenities were great. Definitely would like to come back.

Tracy, You definitely picked a favorite room (Boat House ) of many of our guest .Being in the water with a incredible view of the inlet and the baot ramp make this spot special. We look forward to seeing you again soon.
This exquisitely renovated boathouse is perfect for a single or couple. Almost in the water (as any boathouse should be), it turns a small space into a beautifully designed and fully outfitted studio. We brought friends into see it and they were amazed, each wanting to recommend it to other friends. The beach and other amenities are shared with other guests of Casey Key Resort, but this unit is separate and very private, with a lovely place for two to eat outside. Look at the pictures. They do not lie. Very highly recommended, especially to those who enjoy a lovely sunrise (it faces East).
This building is small but we expected this as it was explained in the description, slightly smaller than the size of a typical hotel room. It was nice to be able to watch boats being launched from the boat landing across the inlet from the building. There was no gasoline odor either. This is as a nice place to stay. It was clean and close to the ocean and to Nokomis Beach as well as having nice private beach access as part of the resort . Venice, FL was not too far away and there were a lot of cute shops there. Watching the sunset on the Gulf of Mexico while sitting under the pavilion or on the beach was a highlight. Also, we were able to see dolphins in the water by the North Jetty, about a mile walk from this unit.
Quaint little place right on inlet and across from boat ramp so entertaining watching people load and unload boats all day. Short walk to private beach just across street. Quiet during the week busier on weekend. Only recommendation would be at least 3 towels instead of two for women like to put their hair in towel and a king bed little softer would have been perfect.
Great location! Bee short walk from boathouse to beach. Beach was very private. Beautiful views in both directions. Air conditioning worked great, nicely updated interior. Lots of good eating spots close by.
Everything was great! Only thing was we stayed 7 night and never had housekeeping once. They had Xtra towels in a room for us to get but a change of sheets and towels from housekeeping would have been great
This couldn't be more perfect for a relaxing stay. The beach is across the street, the coffee on the dock with pelicans flying over is priceless. Not one thing to dislike about this place!
We had a most wonderful time staying at the "Boathouse" efficiency cottage on Casey Key. The location is absolute perfection with large windows looking out at the waterview on three sides. The boats coming and going at the boat launch across the inlet, followed by swarms of pelicans, are fascinating to watch. The cottage provides all modern amenities and is nicely decorated. We did not want to leave!
We are so glad we found this hidden treasure! This unit is privately separated from the others and almost surrounded by water. We loved the privacy! The staff was very friendly and efficient with our needs. This location has a little bit of everything to offer including great food in the area (Pop's was our favorite), easy access boat and kayak launch sites nearby, and direct beach access. We rented bicycles from a nearby company for a low cost and enjoyed roaming Casey Key. Don't miss out on the sunsets! We will be back!
Overall a great experience only one should be in description
Let people know there is no freezer but thankfully Christopher helped by getting us a bag when needed
