The property should not be listed as having hot tub and fire pit. Hot tub has been broken for several months, had foul smelling shallow water and area had not been cleaned in months. Grass.up to your knees getting to lower patio with hot tub. Fire pit and hammock area all grown up and unusable. Host offered to send someone out to clean up fire pit area after we got there. He also told us to put a hose in the hot tub and get in. Thing is too nasty to think about getting in. Broken amenities and unprepared areas should be reported to guest before arrival. Don’t plan on keeping frozen breakfast foods in freezer. It is full of food.

Hot Tub was leaking and we are waiting for the valves to come in . That is why the water was not full and cleaned. We are also looking to replace the tub The firepit had the chairs leaning against trees to keep leaves out of them and we leave them that way when not in use in the hot summer. We have since removed all items in freezer. The house gets 5 star reviews and is cleaned thoroughly after each guest leaves, and has new sheets and towels. It’s unfortunate that the tub is still broken but we are actually looking to just get a new hot tub. I now have the chairs at firepit in a circle and not leaning against the trees. The lower area by hot tub had some stray weeds and we had them cut back with weed eater.

Country Cabin

Well kept cabin perfect for my family and I. Plenty of space, plenty of amenities. We were in town for a baseball tournament and it felt a lot more like vacation than being stuck in a hotel.

Quiet Getaway

This was the perfect spot for a quiet getaway in between my son’s baseball games at LakePoint Sports Complex. The drive was easy and the space provided comfort for my parents to join us. The owner was quick to respond to questions and provided immediate support when the a/c had an issue. I would absolutely rent from this property, again. So much better than staying in a hotel!

Angela was delightful and very responsive. The AC had a glitch with a capacitor and I had it fixed in 24 hours and the group was very nice about it . I would love to have them back l. The air was under warranty and fixed and back down to 68 degrees and very cool.

Beautiful property. Home was clean and had everything we needed. More spacious than what he thought. We stayed with our 4 children for 3 nights for a football camp at Lakepoint Sports Complex. It’s definitely remote. It’s off a gravel road. Lakepoint is about a 45 minute drive and Atlanta was about an hour to 1.5 hours depending on traffic. We traveled down to ATL to eat and to enjoy the action of the World Cup. There’s a Kroger about 20 minutes away from the property. We went to La Louise pizzeria about 5 minutes away and it was really good. It’s very quiet. Surrounded by trees and you can see the mountains over the horizon. Love the deck view. It’s a nice place to come back to after a busy day. Owner was a great host.
