Your suite is entirely private, with its own separate entrance at the back of the home — no shared spaces with the upstairs residents.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire basement suite and free parking on-site.

The Neighborhood:

Very quiet neighborhood. You will be close to Walmart, Kroger, Target and only 5 miles form GA Mall.



Getting Around:

We’re located at the far end of the property for privacy. Upon arrival:

Drive down the driveway to the designated parking spot on your right labeled “Homestay.”

From there, walk down the aisle to access the basement entrance — the entire unit is yours.



Need a car? A rental car is available on-site. Just send me a text to arrange.



Other Things to Note:

We kindly ask all guests to help us maintain a comfortable and welcoming space:



🚭 No smoking anywhere on the property

🌙 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 6 AM

🦶 Remove shoes upon entering

🚪 Keep doors closed to prevent bugs and critters

🧹 If something breaks, please replace it or notify us (a small replacement fee may apply)
