Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We’re delighted to hear that you found the property spacious and cozy—what a fantastic combination for a relaxing getaway. Your kind words mean so much to us, and we’d be thrilled to welcome you back for another wonderful stay in the future.
The wifi in the home is basically unusable, the coffee pot in the kitchen did not work and the house is infested with fleas. Besides that, we had a great trip.

Hi Terry, thank you for your honest feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the Wi-Fi, coffee pot, and especially the fleas—that’s unacceptable and not the experience we aim to provide. I’ve escalated these concerns to our team so we can address them immediately. I appreciate you still finding positives in your stay, and I hope we’ll have the chance to provide you with a much better visit in the future.
Loved the house, and location. Only downside was there was no internet (judging from the comments in the guest book there never is). It didn't matter to most of us, but my daughter had to do some work online so it was a problem for her, and it also meant we couldn't use Netflix or other streaming services.

Thank you for your review! We’re glad you loved the house and location. We understand that reliable internet can be important, and we appreciate your feedback. While the peaceful setting is ideal for disconnecting, we recognize that connectivity is still necessary for some guests. We’ll take this into consideration for future improvements. We’d love to welcome you back for another stay!
We really enjoyed the cabin and location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin is great. It could use a little love on the outside. Kitchen utensils and silverware are lacking a bit. The knives need sharpened. The oven doesn't work that great. There were not enough pillow covers for the number of extra pillows they had so we used T-shirts. We ran out of toilet paper and trash bags on day 2 which apparently the cleaning crew is supposed to stock that better. The maintenance guy was great and helpful trying to get the internet setup but we were without Internet all but 1 day which was a challenge. The property manager communicated decent although I had to make several phone calls and text before I received a call back the next day about the internet status. We would stay again purely because of location.
