This is a vibrant neighborhood less than a block away from a large park and just 1 mile from Midland Memorial Hospital. There is a Chic-Fil-A, a 7 Brew Coffee, & a wide selection of shopping, groceries, and restaurants all within a four-minute drive from the front door of this little jewel.
What makes this property unique
This is a separate, stand-alone home that has recently been renovated and furnished with the traveling professional in mind. There are two spacious bedrooms and an office with well-lit workspace. The home boasts a full dining area, large living room, and a well-appointed kitchen with a gas stove, fridge, microwave, slow cooker, toaster, and all of the utensils needed to cook at home. The home has a new washer & dryer as well as high speed internet/Wi-Fi.
