Rent the entire Fleur De Lis Mansion for your perfect POOL & Hot tub both stay heated all year if needed. Private party bus , New Orleans getaway!!! PRIME LOCATION 8 BLOCKS FROM FRENCH QUARTER. We have our own limo bus see pics . We are the only bed & breakfast that has 9 bedrooms but 9th room river has 2 seperste bedrooms . So we are really 11 private bedroom & 11baths
The Fleur De Lis Mansion is the perfect place for large groups such as wedding accommodations, business retreats, reunions, birthdays, anniversaries and all other celebrations etc. You name it we will cater to you!
The Fleur De Lis Mansion is New Orleans' most exquisite Mansion. Our historical gem boasts a unique ambience and flair while still maintaining its 1824 historical charm. We pride ourselves on providing state of the art modern amenities, impeccable grounds, and most importantly that signature southern hospitality that make our visitors want to return. We cater to all events!

*8 blocks to the French Quarter!
*couple blocks from St. Charles, can use trolley system to transport to French Quarter, Audubon park etc.
*3-minute walk to the Convention Center.
*Sleeps 18-22
*9 bedrooms, 11 baths. (11queen beds)
*2-3-night min on weekends for private rentals. You have to rent the entire Mansion. *Breakfast is not included in private rentals but can be added for an additional charge.
(2-night weekend rentals may be considered)
The Mansion isn't your typical cookie cutter house it has historical New Orleans charm. Special attention to the River Suite (sleep 6), it has 3 open loft-like rooms with some privacy. 2 of these rooms are smaller attic build-out rooms which are very cosy and fun! Some of the attic has low ceilings & is small space
The Mansion is offered as a private rental.
INCLUDED: Complete privacy, linens, towels, toiletries, use of all Mansion amenities, free on street parking (unsecure), wifi. EXCLUDED: Staff, breakfast, wine hour, daily housekeeping. AFTER BOOKING YOU CAN ADD ANY OF THE EXCLUSIONS SEPARATELY FOR A FEE.
WARNING- Before booking be sure you speak with Jim, or Mikki to confirm availability and we will answer ALL of your questions! Watch out for scams on Craig's List.
Licensed and Registered Bed and Breakfast--
This is an adult property. However, when rented in its entirety, kids are welcomed. However, please speak with host if bringing infants/children etc. The home is not child proof and does have open stair wells. Guests assume risks if bring infants/children.
Please note that outdoor amenities will be exposed to external factors: dust, leaves, bugs and temperament of inclement weather and will accumulate throughout the day. Expect outdoor items to show signs of weathering. We do prepare areas prior to stay, however we do not come during stay to manage grounds. If tending to the grounds daily is something that you would like to add, please call for available services and fees.
We want guests to enjoy their stay but do ask that trash and food be maintained at all times to avoid attracting unwanted pests. After booking, please confirm that the rental agreement, terms and checkout procedures have been read and shared with all guests staying. If excess cleaning is required, we will retain an additional cleaning fee of $500 from deposit. Please note cigarette butts will be charged $5 each if not disposed of properly.
We are a metropolitan area, expect to see homeless scattered through out NOLA and along interstates.
Please obey the noise ordnance article IV . Due to the growing market of air & neighbors have been battling us in court stating our guest are destroying our neighbors.
Over the last few years new laws have been passed & the neighbors are watching us ready to report us.
We ask that you :
1. This means no socializing outside Please go indoors & close doors . No congregating on front and side porch is only remain in the very very back by the hot tub with the theater door closed..
2. Please refrain from using portable music in yard. No ghetto blasters any type of music including DJs prohibited due to the noise ordinance . Inside we ask you use your smart phone or tv .
3. We understand it’s been years since you last saw your family or friends. Please do your initial greet inside.
4. Please remain in yard when coming & going & wait inside gate till transportation arrives.

What makes this property unique
Kitchen has commercial Viking appliances, commercial ice maker, full antique bar, fireplace facades in every room, WIFI, cable and movie projector. Every room has its' own a/c & heat. There are TVs in most of the bathrooms, some built into the shower walls. All the bath vanities are antique dressers over 200 years old.
