Perfect for family getaways, Miami U visits, sports teams, work crews, corporate trips, insurance displacement (ALE) stays, and traveling medical professionals. Long term stays are welcome. Throughout the home:
Central heat and A/C, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a tankless water heater for endless hot water. Bathrooms have tub/shower combos with spa shower heads, towel warmers, toiletry dispensers, and starter supplies. A sound machine in every bedroom and earplugs on each nightstand for a restful night's sleep.

GUEST ACCESS & PARKING
Guests have access to the entire home, the 2-car detached garage, the driveway, and the partially fenced backyard. Enjoy easy self check-in with smart lock keypad entry and your own personalized code, plus a garage remote for your stay.

The one-car-wide driveway plus the 2-car detached garage comfortably fits 2-3+ vehicles. With multiple cars, you may need to back out occasionally to let others out. Driveway space behind the house is limited and may be a tight fit for larger vehicles. Please don't park on the concrete patio or in the yard. There is no street parking directly in front of the home, but parking is available on adjacent streets. Trailers and oversized vehicles require prior approval.

The front entrance is step-free (just one curb to step up), and the back entrance has 4 steps. The washer and dryer are on the main floor with no steps.

EXTENDED STAYS (28+ NIGHTS)
For stays of 28 nights or longer, we ask guests to sign a rental agreement before check-in. We share the full agreement so you can review it at your own pace.

A few highlights:
A set stay term with 30 days' written notice for early departure; the booking guest (or their company) is responsible for the stay and any damage beyond normal wear; no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including the garage; all occupants named in advance; pets only with prior written approval and applicable fees; residential lodging use only; renter or company liability insurance required; and all utilities included up to a monthly cap.

Per the City of Hamilton: A group shall abide by the Hamilton Zoning Ordinance Regulation, which prohibits more than four (4) unrelated persons to occupy a single dwelling unit.
