Guest did not tell host a dog was coming, which is against rules. Refused to pay a pet fee even when asked by VRBO multiple times. The dog that was left alone, barked the Whole time and damaged property, which they also refused to pay for. VRBO reimbursed me. Do not rent to this shady person!

You can walk one block for the bus to NY. Downtown is 4 blocks away. Lots of trees line the streets and it can be quiet here.
What makes this property unique
House has high ceilings and interesting layout. Each bedroom has lots of privacy. The yard is very large for this area and is good for dogs or spending time outside when the weather is nice.
