Large 2-level south deck overlooking 300 yards of the river with spectacular view of 100-ft Ponderosa pines, mixed with spruce and fir.

Located in the Historic Upper Canyon, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath cabin sleeps 6-8: 1 king, 2 queen, and 1 queen sofabed.

Features include: Wood-burning fireplace, central heat, washer and dryer, local telephone, 3 TVs (satellite), DVD, microwave, coffeemaker, hand mixer, toaster, CrockPot, BBQ propane gas grill, and 3 car parking.

Wildlife sightings: Deer, small animals, and birds, almost certain. Black bear and elk possible but not guaranteed.

Definitely 5 stars! The house definitely had a welcoming vibe and our whole family loved being there. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and blankets, which I think is always a bonus. All the small extra things were great - extra towels, dishes, kitchen items, etc. And the back deck and river were amazing!

Ruidoso Getaway

Our family comes to Ruidoso in October every year. We love the location of this cabin. It has a beautiful view of the river sitting on the back patio. We will definitely plan to stay here again!

So much nicer than the pics!

Gorgeous area close to everything. Home has been updated since pics were taken, no carpet, and plenty of room for the family. Big comfy beds and so much wildlife! We had deer and elk all over the front and back yard. So peaceful. Would definitely stay there again.

This is our second time here and always amazed

We have stayed here twice already and I love that it feels safe and cozy oh and having a creek on backyard is breathtaking you can hear it and see it by being out on the deck. It is relaxing and perfect for our family.

Awesome place to spend vacation time with your family. Great river view and perfect location on Ruidoso NM. This is the second time we go, the first time was on Christmas week where the place is beautiful as the Main Street is full with Christmas spirit, you're able to see Clydesdale horses rides as well. Recommend this beautiful cabin!!

We are always happy to have returning guests and hope you continue to come. You may be interested to know that the village has added a tram to go up and down the main drag for $5 per day, getting on and off as you wish to sightsee or shop. It is very convenient to our cabin as it turns around right across the road.
