The Kitchen HAS STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES UPDATED CABINETS & COUNTER TOPS. It has a new table with 6 chairs. There are 4 bar stools and restaurant style highchair. MASTER BEDROOM HAS new furniture. A KING BED with new mattress. THE OTHER BEDROOM HAS 2 FULL SIZE BEDS.
THERE IS A SOFA SLEEPER IN THE LIVING ROOM.
CERAMIC TILE THROUGH OUT.
IT has a smart TV ON THE WALL IN LIVING ROOM AND HD TVs in BOTH BEDROOMS. FULL size WASHER & DRYER IN THE UNIT.

BALCONEY IS ON THE OCEAN FRONT. LARGE heated POOL AND KIDDIE POOL. EXERCISE ROOM.

It is CLOSE TO RESTAURANTS, SHOPS, WATERVILLE, ZOO, CITY PARK, THE HANGOUT and MUCH MORE.
There is a one time fee for entire stay for parking passes for this building. They are $50.00 each. Limit two parking passes for two bedroom units.

The condo was very clean and well taken care of! Everything we could have needed was already there! The pool area was great! You could relax in the shade or sun! Access to the beach was fast and easy! Walking distance to anything you need! Will definitely book here again!

Very nice condo

Perfect location. Smaller complex which helps keep the beach less crowded. Condo is very comfortably furnished. At the end of the hallway. Beds were very comfortable. Balcony is kind of small by it’s ok for 2 people. My only complaint is paying 50 for parking.

Perfect location

Our condo was located on the beautiful sandy beach in Gulf Shores. Our favorite restaurants were within walking/biking distance. We would not hesitate to stay there again. It was perfect.

Everything went well. No problem with owner & they communicated well when request was made to change dates. Only hiccup was change dates not picked up by condominium office so advance parking pass could be purchased online.

Birthday surprise!

I surprised my wife for her birthday with a little getaway to Gulf Shores. We really enjoyed our time with all the restaurant and shopping choices in the area and the Island Wind West, where we stayed, was in a great location. Right on the beach and walking distance to The Hideaway, Pink Pony, among other places. The condo we stayed in was perfect for us. The owners, Doris and Dwight, were easy to communicate with. We will be back for sure!

Great location and Beautiful View

We really enjoyed the place, which was very close to the volleyball tournament our daughter was in. The view was great and the place very nice. Our only complaint was that paying $45 for parking seems excessive since most places we rent include parking and it was a bit of a hassle to go purchase the pass before gaining access to the unit. The parking fee needs to be highlighted in the listing and the new higher price reflected. Overall, great place though. Thanks.

Quick Beach Trip

We wanted to get away for a quick fall break weekend with our adult children. We arrived a little bit early and were able to communicate with the owner and they graciously allowed us an early check-in. We found the condo very clean and accommodating. We had everything that we needed for a comfortable getaway. The property on which the condo was located was extremely well maintained and clean and everyone working on the property was extremely friendly and helpful. It was a very short and convenient walk to the beach which allowed us to not have to drag an entire days worth of stuff at one time. There are soft drink machines in the lobby as well as an ice vending machine, which is very handy. The pool area was very clean as were the complimentary grills. The grills were equipped with grilling tools and a bag of charcoal. We really couldn't have asked for a better overall experience. We'll definitely book here again the next time we travel to the beach.

Beautiful condo and the location can't be beat!

My girlfriends and I have been coming to the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area for 18 years. This was one of our best experiences. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and updated, beach chic at it's best without being tacky. We eat in at least 2 meals a day and the kitchen was large enough for 2 of us with room to move. It was so nice to have full size beds in the 2nd bedroom instead of twins which you find in a lot of rental properties. It was a short walk down the boardwalk to the beach and not as crowded as you find in higher occupancy buildings. We were able to walk to some of our favorite places and even discovered some new ones on this trip. The owner was great to work with and accommodating. Normally we have more girls in our group and need a 3BR but if we have only 4 of us in the future this will be the property we choose. The only negative I can think of was the odor in east elevator. It had a moldy, urine smell during our stay. Luckily there are 2 elevators, so we didn't have to use that one every time.

Great experience! Host was absolutely great to rent from. Perfect location! Plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful view! Condo was very clean, spacious, and had all the necessities. Plenty of parking. Building staff were very friendly and the building and grounds were kept clean daily. Definitely would rent again. Great vacation!
